“The customer service representative that assisted me was super cordial and knowledgeable. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she really helped it be seamless. The storage unit seems sufficient but time will tell. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a) they should mention the office is not on the premises and offer directions on the website and b) they try to coerce you into insurance.”
