The customer service representative that assisted me was super cordial and knowledgeable. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she really helped it be seamless. The storage unit seems sufficient but time will tell. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a) they should mention the office is not on the premises and offer directions on the website and b) they try to coerce you into insurance.

The ladies managing the storage facility that I rent from are very professional and people friendly. The grounds are well maintained. At the end of every day My property feels safe thanks to them.

The ladies were so welcoming and understanding when I purchased my unit. I messed up and got a very small one and they helped me with no problem on getting a bigger one. I will recommend anyone needing a storage unit to go to the ladies in willard!!! They are Very friendly!!!!!
