I was very pleased with the customer service I received when signing for my storage unit. Linda was very professional and helpful. It's not always under great circumstances that people are having to rent storage units and she helped me so much. She gave me her card and told me if I had any issues or needed anything exactly how I could contact her. I highly recommend this company for any storage needs you may have.

The office was an amazing help and has worked with my mother to assure that her storage and relocation process was easily completed. Providing us with the ability to use a moving trailer to pack her storage unit quickly and cost effectively brought a great smile to my 80 year old mother. I would definitely recommend this facility on Tiffin road in Willard Ohio.

The ladies managing this property are lovely, pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. The storage units at this place are very well maintained. I've rented here a few times now and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
