I’ve walked in there in a bad mood and somehow left smiling because of her energy. It doesn’t feel fake or forced—just a genuinely kind person who brightens the place up. There’s also a newer employee, probably in his 30s with a shaved head, who is incredibly helpful and down-to-earth. Easily one of the most helpful people I’ve seen working there. Honestly, the positive energy from these two is a big reason I keep coming back. They both deserve recognition (and probably raises).”
