Beds are very hard. I am very small and very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat with plastic on them . So everytime you move you weak up. And charged me $49 more for a changing my room from 2 beds suit to a king bed. Giving up my suit do to my parents we're sick. Sad. Back And neck hurt for a week.

Great but no water pressure to take a descent show. Toliet takes avenger 4 minutes to fill up

Noisy rooms,looks like people dump trailers in parking spots and leave,shower didn't work ice cold or scalding hot and o pressure!!!! Drove 3 hours home to shower just wanted out !!! I can say never again !!

Very good, affordable place to stay. Nice and quiet. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Only thing I would suggest would be that they need bigger tvs, 32 inch tv in a a conference suite is kind of small, especially since other hotels have 42 inch and bigger. But other than that everything is nice and great.

This may not be the Ritz-Carlton, but the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with no strong smells. I slept great, and the room stayed cool even during the heat of summer. Great value!

I was at this place a week or so ago and I thought it would be a nice place to be and everything but then things took a turn some friends of mine that stayed there key was given to someone else and that other person walked into their room and it seemed like the older woman with white hair didn’t know what she was doing maybe the employees need to be trained properly and employees need to pay attention to what they are doing when they are handing out keys.

This is the best motel I've ever seen. Very clean and in good repair. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, extra blankets, and good AC. On top of that the price is very reasonable. I do a lot of business in the area and will definitely return.

Very bad experience – I do not recommend this hotel
I made a reservation directly through the hotel's official website and received a confirmation, including a follow-up asking for my arrival time. After driving for four hours, we arrived to find no one at the front desk. I called, rang the bell, sent messages and emails—no one responded. To this day, I haven’t received any explanation as to why my reservation was accepted but no service was provided. We had to stay at a nearby hotel instead. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.(May 2-3/25
