No one was there during normal business hours and no phone number anywhere to contact anyone to drop off the U-Haul rented trailer. Had to contact U-Haul directly and that was a fiasco.

SCAMMERS! I bought a unit that they auctioned and when I went to clean it out I saw a lot of things were missing from the original pictures. They refused to look back on their recordings and refused to refund. Terrible management. Do not rent from here!
