It should be illegal for the price to get a car out of there impound lot for less then 24 hours and a 4 mile tow 654.00 dollars insane and hours of availability to retrieve your vehicle is only 8 to 4pm weekdays.

Owensville police had my automobile tied out 9f my work parking lot which is something they aren't aloud to do.When we were finally able to speak to someone she said it was 35 dollars a day and at that point it came to less than 500 bucks but she said it was 1100.They need to get it together. I'm at the point of having to get a personal loan to get my car back what a joke

THIEVERY.The amount they demanded to get my vehicle from their impound lot was thievery.Either pay it or sign your title over to them.It's a racket.All the women in the office know how to say is that they only collect the money. They do not set the charges.If they're open on weekends and holidays to tow, they should have to be open during the same hours to release.

Absolutely horrible service when it comes to the impound lot. The lady angie who answers the phone has been extremely rude. Will never recommend this place again. All about the money.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is all smiles and there is a dog in the front. I brought my car in and they took care of everything else including all paperwork and securing my rental vehicle. My car looks great and was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. Literally the easiest transaction possible. Highly recommended.
