“I've been a Chief's Auto Wash customer for over 20 years. They provide excellent service consistently. I drive an older model CRV and recently lost a side molding strip. Didn't realize it for weeks & when I stopped by to see if I had lost it there, I was amazed that they not only had it but had kept it all this time!! Turns out the part is now unavailable to order new. I would have been SOL. Thank you, Chief's!!! ? See you soon in the drive thru!”

“This car wash in Mentor is great! I’ve been coming here for my two cars for the last three years, and they always do a pretty good job. I recently had a problem with my car where the rubber on the bonnet came loose during the scrubbing. I think the scrubber needs to be fixed, which is the only thing I’d recommend. Otherwise, the staff working there are fantastic!”

“First time I used them. I got the SILVER service and a towel dry for my new car. I don't think they do in and out. They have a vacuum which is self service.”

“This was my first time going to this carwash and I was very happy that I did. I called first to make sure they were open. They answered!! Luckily, I pulled right in, no waiting. They were very friendly and made it clear what services they had as well as there products. I got the inside and outside wash and they did a great job. I felt like the cost was fair and competitive. I will go back.”

“RTS repaired the A/C in my 1999 Ford F250, after a different repair shop, Pollo Automotive, destroyed it. RTS did a great job for less than I expected. They also warranty the repair and parts for a year!! RTS also has *great* communication. Btw, I do not recommend Pollo Automotive! ? Take your vehicles to a professional auto repair shop: RTS!”

“I would highly recommend David Brown Construction Company for any home improvement project. From beginning to end the entire team was amazing. The workmanship was outstanding. They were prompt and able to stay on schedule. They stayed in the price range of the estimate and seamlessly handled changes and modifications as the project unfolded. Communication between everyone involved, carpenter, plumber, electrician, project manager and front office was extremely smooth and efficient. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, utility room and flooring throughout four rooms.”

“These guys are absolutely top notch. I got roaped into a membership because my toddler loves the "wash car", but now that I go there regularly I can see how much effort they put in. They are beyond kind. They'll come flip your mirror if they get flipped inside the car wash. Even if they are not the ones starting you they are always waving and smiling and saying hello. They are always outside when the weather is nice smiling and having a good time. And they always make sure to wave to my son in the back seat.”

“This is an old time car wash that's 10 bucks and gets your car clean. The staff is professional and respectful. It's a lot better than the other places that charge twice that”

“James at World of Shine is AH-Mazing! A miracle worker indeed. I coulda hugged him after I saw my car clean! I brought in the nastiest minivan to this place for a complete interior detail. I'm talking 3 years of pure neglect of vehicle, with 4 kids constantly traveling to and from children's hospitals and eating on the go. Just gross. No matter for World of Shine! They took my van and made it brand new! I couldn't believe it! Great vacuuming, shampooing, cleaning ... the works. I will definitely be back and telling everyone about this place.Services: Polishing”

“I picked up a certificate for 2 Blue Level washes at Willo Wash. Willow Wash is located at SOM Center near the intersection with Euclid Ave. To enter the wash there are 2 gates, 1 for the members and the other with an electronic kiosk, luckily an employee came over quickly and got me all set. Pulling into the wash the other employee did a great job of using the spray hose to start the wash, the run through the wash is smooth and seems to do a really good job of covering all areas of the car. One thing I had never seen before is at the end of the wash after the air dryers there is a large roller that seems very soft and adds a final buff to the hood, windshield, roof and trunk of the car. Inspecting the car after the wash I have to say that this may be the best car wash I have had in recent years. The car was fully clean, including the area by the rear bumper which is usually missed on my car. The car is shiny and even the tires were gleaming. If you are looking for a car wash in the Willoughby area you should give Willo Wash a try.”

8610 Mayfield Rd, Chesterland OH 44026
“Good wash would give 5 stars if they dried the car. Seems like they close for the day if it rains in the morning. I like to get my car washed on my way home from work after it rained in the morning. But they are always closed”

“10x more professional than Take 5…They’ve installed new equipment and my car is so much cleaner. Their employees don’t seem miserable like Take 5, but would have been nice to know they were closed for weeks to change ownership. Otherwise hands down the easiest for me on my way to work to get a car wash…I hope they stay this way!”

20500 Lakeland Blvd, Euclid OH 44119
“Do you know it's winter time and getting out of your car to try and find a car wash that's not all froze up it's difficult. What I say is for five additional dollars I don't have to get out of my car and I don't take any chances and it's a good job highly recommend this for people who want to get the salt off their cars.”
-
7796 Munson Rd, Mentor OH 44060
“I pay for the monthly unlimited and use it 2-3 times a week. My daughter used to be afraid of car washes until she got suckers from the staff. Now we have to go in every time we pass LOL. Vacuums are always working and there is always enough of them. Staff is very polite and personable. Great spot.”

“my family and i have been going to Outback for well over a decade now and when it comes to a touch-less car wash, this place is truly the best! today when i went, their wash bays were completely updated with all new laser wash equipment and electronics. they additionally no longer have the metal guide railings on the ground, which makes it soooo easy to drive right in! it was great to see the location continue to evolve and grow in technology over the years. the wash itself was super efficient with the speed of the new equipment and the pressure of the water was extremely powerful. as always, my car came out wonderfully clean!”

“Have been a pass holding customer for a couple years. Overall, a good design was. I've noticed some serious inconsistent service. They either spray the windshield, which really helps it come clean, or they simply just wave you in. I like when it's consistently clean. Very pleased with the new staff!”
