i scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle at willoughby hills. I drove 2 hours for this test drive and to possibly purchase the car...as we walked up to the dealership the car was parked out front and they had sold the car about an hour or so previous...the guy was leaving. Out of respect and decency, they should have at least called to tell me, but nothing at all. Complete waste of 4 hours! Would not recommend.

Terrible service department. I dropped my car off the night before my appt. When I called at 3pm the next was told my car was not ready and they didn’t know what they were doing for it even though the appt was made for a recall that needed fixed….I was told they would keep my car overnight. After this, I spoke with a manager because I needed my car the next day and he repeated himself multiple times saying his advisor didn’t say that to me. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to even get an oil change here. They don’t call me or let me know what was going on, this has happened the last 3 times I took my car here.

I was very impressed with the Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills. What started off as a rough experience, difference in what was advertised on the website, and what was offered regarding a loaner vehicle, it was taken care of swiftly.The work done on my car was excellent, with a perfect paint match. Additionally, the staff was kind and courteous. Work was done within the week. I would recommend Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The beginning of my truck buying experience was good. I went to look at a truck that already sold. But when I called was told it was still available. Once I got there they pulled out another truck which was fine. But the tires was in poor shape. The sales manager said he would have a set of off road tires ordered. And would do other things the truck needed. So made the appointment and dropped the truck off. They had it for 2 complete days to do work that was supposed to take less than a day. Fine I get it things don’t go right all the time. Picked the truck up at the end of the second day. After not getting any information or updates when I called other than it’s not done yet. And the new set of off road tires turned into only 2 new all season tires. That were not balanced. So I had to pay to have them taken off and balanced by someone else. And when they changed the cabin filter. Debris feel down into the blower unit. So when I turned on the AC it sounded like a plane taking off. So again paid someone else to get that fixed. And I have contacted my sales person who now has stop responding to me completely. I will not let them work on my truck ever. And just a word of advice for future customers if they promise you something to get you to buy anything make sure you get it that day before you leave. Or you will not get what was agreed and written down on the purchase agreement. And the customer service after purchase is less that acceptable.

ZERO STARS. Shame on you Serpentini, I will never ever consider buying a car from you. My son went to look at a car that was listed for $14,9XX online. When he came in to look at the car, I assume it is because he is young, you tried to tack on an extra $2,000 because of "the work you put in". Used car sales are already way over priced, but this practice is shameful, I believe it is called "bait and switch". By law, don't you have to honor advertised prices? You just lost a potential customer, and I hope this review helps others when considering using you for car purchases.

Wife & I went here for Memorial Day sale!!! We did find a vehicle that we liked, but I had a rusted trade in!!! All though they couldn't take it, they tried their hardest to make it work!!! David had only been there a couple weeks, and sales manager was outstanding!!! They appreciated our time & patience, but they did all the work!!! Would highly recommend & they are still looking for something to work out!!! GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!

So I took my truck to get a transmission diagnostic and they said to pay $150 and I was okay but then after a few days they wouldn’t call me back or answer my call .This place just sells any kind of truck not caring If the transmission or AC is good on your new vehicle you wanna buy. This place is a joke my truck has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks already and still don’t know when they are gonna have it ready I hope I can get my money back for what I paid for this truck because I literally had to lose days at work because I didn’t have a truck and didn’t give me a rental which made me get really mad because I called the service department guy name Gary and told me they understand that I don’t have a car but didn’t give me another car like what are you gonna pay me for my days off ??¿¿ if I could I would give this place a zero for having me to wait so long and I still don’t get my truck and not knowing when it’s gonna be ready never buying from here again !!!

I had to take my car back after having a oil change at which they check your tires, but after my 17pt. inspection they missed i had a nail in my tire so I had to bring it back in which they patched the tire but didn't take in consideration to fill the other 3 tires to match the patched tire??? oh well I must have paid for the 16pt. inspection.Service: Tires

I'm very disappointed at Serpentini Willoughby. I paid for a diagnosis test that the appt scheduler told me would go toward my service but it don't. The service tech told me a repair quote of 600$ but called back two days later saying they gave a bad quote and it would cost 1000$ more. So now it's 1600$. Makes me not trust the work that would be done. If it was 200 more...cool but a whole 1000$ Bad.

I've went to Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby for the first time, and I must say everything turned out good. The purpose for my visit was to have a second key made and they did it for a much cheaper quoted price. Couldn't be any happier.

Scheduled maintenance ....staff is always friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Only reason I did not give a perfect score is I believe they can do better at reducing wait times for Scheduled customers.Services: Tires

They deserve a ZERO star review! I made an appointment and took the car in for THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and I did not receive a call or update regarding my car for THREE DAYS!! I called to inquire about my car and didn't receive a call back! I had to have my husband go up to the store to check on the car, just to be told they HAD NOT LOOK AT THE CAR YET! After 3 days, they had not looked at my car!! Only excuse they gave was that they were short staffed. I can understand being short staffed BUT AT LEAST CONTACT THE PERSON TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON OR DON'T TAKE SO MANY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS!! I am HIGHLY disappointed in the service I received! Ever since they changed to serpentini, the service has been TERRIBLE! I would have NEVER had this experience when it was owned by Pat O'brian!
