My husband went to Classic Lexus back in May just to look at cars. We had just recently moved to Ohio, and since he had a front-wheel-drive car and I had a rear-wheel-drive car, we were trying to figure out what would work best for our new location. He first met with Brian, who was fantastic. Brian didn’t pressure him to buy anything—he simply listened and even suggested just changing the tires instead of rushing into a new car. That honesty really stood out to us.
Later, in September, we went back to look for a car for me. We asked for Brian, but he wasn’t available, so we worked with Jacob instead. Jacob was wonderful—professional, kind, and went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate possible. We already had a great rate from another lender, but somehow Jacob worked his magic and found an even better one!
The first car we looked at was a blue certified pre-owned Lexus TX. We told Jacob we’d be back Monday to buy it since my car was at the Toyota dealership on Saturday. He gave us a polite call around 12:30 monday (we had said we’d arrive at noon) just to check in, but he was never pushy at all. In the end, we didn’t buy that exact car—we actually upgraded to the same model with more features and a different color, which I’m so glad we did!
Before picking it up, we had them detail the car. When I got home, I noticed a little bit of residue left on the back seat. I reached out to Jacob, and he immediately told me not to worry—just to let him know when I could bring it in, and they’d take care of it. I also mentioned a small chip in the windshield that started to spread after a couple of months, and Jacob said they’d replace it, no problem. My husband took the car in, and they handled everything quickly and professionally.
All in all, their follow-up has been amazing. Everyone at Classic Lexus goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We would absolutely buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
Oh, and one more thing—every time my husband goes in now, whether it’s for his car or mine,
Dylan, Brian, and Jacob always make us feel genuinely welcome. It’s just a very personable, friendly dealership that truly cares about their customers.

We recently went through a nightmare experience with another dealership (not a Lexus dealer), who sold us a 2024 Lexus TX with undisclosed issues (due to undisclosed theft). We turned to Classic Lexus and after weeks of frustration and back and forth with the other dealership, we experienced the level of professionalism and care we had been missing.
From start to finish, the team at Classic Lexus went above and beyond to help us. Dylan (GM) and Mitch (Master Certified Sales Consultant) were fantastic. Easy to work with, honest, and committed to finding us the best deal and rate that worked with our financial needs. They even threw in a few extra touches to make the purchase sweeter.
The real heroes of our story, though, were Matt (Master Certified Service Manager) and Neil (Master Certified Diagnostic Specialist) in the service department. Even though we hadn’t purchased that Lexus from them, or even from a Lexus dealership, they still went far beyond the minimum obligation. They worked with us tirelessly, spending countless hours in person and over the phone doing research and providing answers in a situation they rarely encounter. Their knowledge and support were crucial in helping us convince the other dealership to reverse the sale and refund our money. Without them, we’d still be stuck with a problematic car.
Thanks to their dedication, we were able to start fresh and drive away in a brand new 2025 Lexus TX 350. After coming from such a bad experience, working with the Classic Lexus team felt like a breath of fresh air. They’ve truly earned our trust and loyalty, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ray Llamas and Aaron Williams were fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience from start to finish. We went to another Lexus dealership that was closer to home, and it was a fair experience. We drove about 45-minutes to see Ray; he really heard and understood what I was looking for and showed me vehicles that aligned with those preferences. I drove 3 cars and was still undecided, but he was so patient with me (thanks Ray!😊). Ray and Aaron were honest and real with us, which was much appreciated.
