I am pleased with the experience at Classic Mini. There was a long wait to speak with salesperson but Jake and Scott more than made up for it by the end of the day. They were personable and informative throughout the never fun process of leasing or buying a vehicle. The showroom is not annoyingly loud like many dealerships and it was stocked with refreshments. I adore my Mini Countryman SE ALL4 - it is fun to drive and very comfortable.

Allison was fantastic to work with as we evaluated buying our first MINI and found us a great car. While it got snatched up before we could get out there and we found a better cheaper alternative at another dealership before the next car became available, we do not regret investigating things with Classic MINI and particularly working with Allison over email.

I LOVE my new MINI! Thank you to Scott and Brian, and of course, Michael Morris, the most knowledgeable human about MINI’s. This is my third one, and I’ve had other vehicles, but the MINI is so fun to drive. Unique and different. Thank you to the Classic MINI team for an easy and seamless process too!

So, I brought my daughters 2009 Cooper S in because the FRM (footwell module) shorted out and melted while she was driving. As it turns out, there is a recall on this module because of this very reason. I had the car brought in April 2025. It took them 3 months to diagnose and replace the FRM. Yes, you read that correctly, they had the car for 3 MONTHS. Finally, after calling for an update weeks after being told the parts were on order, I was told that, while the parts have been replaced, the car isn’t running. They were awaiting word from higher up as to whether to trouble shoot further or just give the car back as is. I informed them that giving the car back as is was completely unacceptable, as the car was running before the recalled part went bad, hence, I expected the car to be running when I picked it up. A few days later, I was told that the car was, in fact, running, and they didn’t know why they thought it wasn’t. Due to my distance and availability, I chose to have the car towed back to my home rather than driving it home, and it’s fortunate that I did. Upon receiving the car, several issues were noticed immediately. The battery was completely dead, so I charged it. I soon found out why it was dead; the side marker lights stay on, even when the car isn’t running or turned on. I had to disconnect them to prevent further battery drain. Other light-related issues were present, such as exterior lights only working on one side, one blinker only works on the front, the other only on the back. Certain interior lights are not working. The one thing all of these issues have in common is that they’re all controlled by the FRM. These combined issues clearly point to either a defective FRM, the FRM not being programmed correctly, or some of the 120 or so wires that they spliced to the new wire harness not being spliced correctly. The work order receipt states that, while they were aware of some light issues, they attributed the cause to the after-market stereo. The same after-market stereo that has been present for a year and a half NOT causing issues? In fact, the stereo is still working fine. The stereo wiring has nothing to do with the lighting or the FRM. I got into contact with BMW North America, who instructed me to take the car back here. To the same place that already misdiagnosed it once. So, I’m supposed to trust that they’ll correctly diagnose the issue and fix it for free, when they’ve tried to blame the issue on something else once already. Another 6 weeks later, they have now informed me that they will not troubleshoot the car without charging me. They state that replacing the FRM and wire harness was all they were obligated to do. Apparently double checking their work is extra. So, it has been 5 months total now, and I’m about to receive the car in worse condition than it was in before the recalled part went bad. Even BMW North America is offering no solution. Ridiculous. I’ve filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and am looking into other avenues. Will update this review as needed.

I purchased my 2025 Mini Convertible from another state. I was very forward. I knew what I wanted, I wanted the best offer they could make, and I wanted to purchase right then and there. Allison and Zach came through. Best offer was sent to me, few questions answered, and quickly after I traveled there, picked up my car with minimal time at the dealership, and was on my way home in the vehicle I wanted. Zach has checked in twice since the sell to make sure I am satisfied. Not a bit of concern or negative experience. Truly amazing

I had a great experience with Classic Mini. I purchased a 2025 Mini Countryman S All4 thru Zach Hill, a knowledgeable and patient man. I’ve been test driving Mini’s for years just waiting for the right time for me to buy. Thru all those years I’ve dealt with Zach Hill, whom never pushed but was always happy to help. Additionally, Michael Snyder, general manager was a delight to work with. I hate purchasing cars and dare I say it was seamless and stress free!!!

I had a transmission service done at another shop. I called this dealer about clearing the service message. They quoted $255 just to clear a transmission message from the car - no service being done. Their quote was higher than the actual service at the other shop.

These were some of the nicest customer service employees I've ever encountered! Shout-out to Mike, Brynn, and Carter for their help today 👍 my insurance gave me a very weird issue that took me over an hour and a half to come to the conclusion that my insurance sucks (National General by Allstate) and wouldn't let me take the FREE RENTAL MINI COOPER PROVIDES so they gave us a ride home and are planning to pick us up when our car is done tomorrow, and I live about 25 minutes away! I will ALWAYS be bringing my car back here for the customer service alone. I appreciate so much that they saved me from having to pay for a Lyft home and back out there tomorrow. Thank you guys so much ♥️

Brian Marks was efficient, professional, and easy to deal with. Low pressure and I felt I got a fair deal on a used vehicle. I would recommend Classic Mini for a positive car-buying experience.

Rave reviews for Classic Mini in Willoughby! I have bought a few minis from then and the people are great. Most mini owners are loyal customers and they keep coming back. Why wouldn't they and to this dealership in particular. I have received great service and help from the employees. Since I have owned more than one, I have come to know the Service people very well. Mike Morris is great, been there for years and is a real asset to the place. I have recently dealt with Dean who has been very helpful. Both have painstakingly taken the time to explain what was going on with my cars.
Most recently. I bought my newest Mini from Brian Marks who took a great deal of time with me answering many questions patiently and offerred to give me a 2nd lesson on all the features of the car. Last but not least, I was nearby today so I dropped off a second key for the Mini I just traded in for my present Mini and while Brian was off, Darin Hunneke, the Used Car Manager stepped in to help me with some final questions I had for the day. This is why I keep going back to Mini!

I had the pleasure of working with Zach Hill to purchase my new 2025 Mini, and the experience was outstanding. Zach was responsive, professional, and extremely informative throughout the process. It was refreshing to feel no pressure at all, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. The dealership was clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming environment. Overall, this has been the best car-buying experience I've ever had. They truly make you feel special on the day you receive your vehicle.
