Going into this Marcs is really really bad the cashiers are not friendlay they have no customer service skills at all if you purchase one of the marc's bags I guess you have to pack the bag yourself because they do not do that for you They don't give you your change in your hands They don't even give you your total you have to look to see on the screen how much you have spent no greetings and it's just poor customer service all the way around

They've started blocking the exits with a very angry security guard dressed up like a police officer checking receipts. He's not very good at reading and will dig through all of your bags over a 99-cent item it turns out was already correctly paid for. Avoid unless you want to be illegally detained by a man playing police officer dress up.

Rude and inconsiderate staff, they need communication classes on how to treat customers. Was totally ignored for two staff to look at the ones phone of her hair and didn't even acknowledge me.

This store is really great. The manager goes above and beyond with customer service. I bought two jugs of cider that just tasted funny to me. And I lost my receipt in the rain yesterday. I always keep my receipts. He refunded myMoney. I’m so grateful.

I went to marcs grocery chardon rd willoughby once again to see if they've done something about the bad ginger I normally see on the shelf but to no avail. I talked to the managers and they promised to do something about it (7th time i talked to them about this issue). Please, dont go and get ginger from this store. The black substance i see in it can be considered food poisoning. Cooperate, please if you see this post, do something about the bad ginger in your store. Thanks
