My drivers side wiper blade snapped off when I got home late from work. I called the O'Reilly store on Chardon Rd and was told they had the wipers for my car and would be open. When I arrived, Jerrell greeted me asking if I was the one who had called. He then changed out my wiper blades with efficiency and a friendly attitude. So impressed with my pleasant experience at that O'Reillys!

I received the best service today. I came in with problems dealing with my tires, and the 2 men Tyler and Dre helped me and did not give up until the problem was resolved. Even though it became challenging, they still did not give up. They were nice and very understanding with my situation, therefore I’ll be back.

The guys here at this specific location are the best I come here for everything they’re always helpful and smiling you would think they don’t ever have bad days here. The manager is Dre he’s top tier and Dark Vader is too and there’s a shorter guy who’s always great on the cars. Very knowledgeable crew always helpful. See y’all soon for my wiper blades

Thank you so much for your help. Dre was amazing. My car was stalling at slow speeds. Dre checked my oil and filled it for me. He checked the air filter and was honest about me not needing a new one yet and showed me how to tell when I will need one. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Purchased a brake light replacement bulb for a friend's car and Trey( hope I got the spelling right) offered to replace it but I didn't have the particular vehicle with me but brought it back because my hand was too big to get it in tight spot to turn it loose. Trey came out and did it for me and I can't say enough about this young man. His attitude ,patience and work ethic are above and beyond anything I would have expected .This young man deserves a management position and or a raise. Thanks again.

Thank you Diane ( and staff), your input has helped to keep our 3 cars safe and running, saving us thousands of dollars in repair bills and providing hands on teaching opportunities for my kids to learn how to diagnose and repair their own car. Days before heading back to college they conducted oil changes, replaced serpentine belts, that fixed the AC & power steering problems, new brakes & rotors, starter motor, and a stolen catalytic converter that was taken while parked in the campus parking garage. New brakes, sway bar links, and tie rod ends for the family odyssey van.
