Beautiful building, top of the line equipment, and most importantly absolutely stellar team! Dr. Surovi is a fantastic veterinarian and she and her team are amazing! (shout out to Rachel who is so nice and thorough!) They took great care of my dog post TPLO surgery and I look forward to coming back for his future rehab. If you're looking for a place for your dog or cat for rehab, this is a perfect location. They offer many options and can do a lot of things for a lot of different conditions. Thank you CVR!

2735 SOM Ctr Road, Willoughby HillsA friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

34400 Chardon Rd, Willoughby HillsHad a great night. We were greeted immediately when walking in and they even had a table with our name ready to go! The server was great she made sure we had everything we needed but wasn't overbearing. The food was great and I really liked the fact they even included a piece of cassatta cake as desert for free. Can't say enough good things!
