“I love Trippy's! I've been a customer for years and this store and the staff are awesome. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. Whenever I walk in I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need assistance they are more than willing to help. There is always something new that has been added to the shelves. I love that they offer so many varieties to fit everyone's needs. You can find a huge selection of cigars, wraps, cigarettes, and accessories. They also have lottery, snacks, drinks, gifts, and more. The prices are very responsible and good the products are good quality. I always leave feeling appreciated. Thanks guys!!”

“The selection of concentrates and consumables is fantastic, and the staff are legendary. If you need glass, stuff to clean the glass, or adapters--they have it. Parking behind the store if the front is full. If you have questions, they can answer them. And if they don't know, they will find out next time you stop by.”
“I was visiting OH in June from NY and I saw this shop. I just had to pull over and check it out. I would have loved to lounge but they were moving around furniture. I got a great recommendation for a dupe of a Cuban I had on vacation. I believe a guy named Max (hope that was his name) helped me out w the basics of a cigar. He even cut it for me. “Great little place in Wickliffe. They have a great variety of wine and beer. The employees have always been friendly to me and especially my son. They have a decent cigar selection as well. Anytime I need a cigar this is my go to place. The owner is very knowledgeable about cigars and very friendly too.”

Thought I was going to need to drive 30min to the Heights in order to purchase. Then I found this gem. The store has a great selection, is well stocked, super clean and organized, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly. This is such a wonderful store. Highly recommend!”
