I am a premium club member, and joined because after getting individual watches for a while and liking what they did, or, I should say what the wash did, I decided I would go and be a regular. I also like the fact that there was the Willoughby Hills location near my home, as well as the Mayfield Heights location where I frequented the area often, well today I would say the Willoughby Hills Auto Quetion is not maintaining their equipment because I have gotten a lot of what I would call scuffs and mars from the wash and have pointed it out to staff who simply ignore me. I know that wouldn’t happen in Mayfield, Harvey and Joel would be all over it

Would not honor their coupon which did not have an expiration date. Not the customers fault that they did not print an expiration on coupon.

Always a fast great cleaning job. Wish there were more suction with the vacuums but I rarely use them anyway. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great car wash, love the bug station. Does a nice job plus free vacuums.

It’s a pretty good car wash, and the price isn’t too bad. I think it’s about $15/wash or an unlimited subscription for ~$40 which is what I have. The only annoying thing is that there are always a couple of vacuums that don’t work, and you just have to hope you don’t pull into one of those spots. The car wash itself is great though!
