WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Very unprofessional and lazy. I called and explained to them what was going on with my car they gave me a price over the phone and said they could fix it. I bring my car there wait 2 days on a call just for them to tell me it’s something completely different than what I needed done and said they couldn’t fix it. A complete waste of time. As soon as I took it elsewhere they got it running same day and it was the original problem not the one they lied about. They clearly just didn’t wanna do the job

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been going there for the last five years regularly for oil changes for all of my vehicles. The guys have great customer service there have been a few instances where I thought something was wrong with my vehicle. I bring it into them. They take a look at it thoroughly and send me on my way without having to spend a penny because there was nothing wrong with it. They even took the time to show me that everything was OK. An honest mechanic can be difficult to find, but they are your guy for any of your car needs

Huge shout out to Fourth Generation Automotive in Willoughby! We were in a desperate situation with coolant leaking from a damaged hose and my car was not drivable. They got me in same day and it was ready the next day. Awesome staff, reasonable prices and will definitely go back in the future. Thank you 4th Generation!

I took my car in with no notice and they were able to squeeze my car in and had my brakes done within a timely manner. Was very please with pricing and time management. Very down to earth and easy to talk too. Will def be going there for my auto repairs! He was very honest and upfront with cost of everything.

Bill and his team are the absolute best. My very particular stepdad has been taking his cars to Bill for years. 18 months ago, I purchased one of his cars for my teenage daughter with 301k miles on it. It’s still going strong with 311k miles and I credit both my stepdad and Bill for its longevity! It probably also doesn’t hurt that it’s a Toyota. I started taking my own vehicle to Bill shortly after and can’t say enough good things about his fair pricing and honesty. I live 30 minutes away and will take my cars to Bill and team before I go anywhere else.
