I find it very difficult to get through all the customer service prompts. I just want to talk to a human.

This should not of been a scheduled delivery. I received no notice that you were coming. My 500 gallon tank only needed 197 gallons of fuel at a cost of $3.379/gallon. I believe this to be over the average ( called several other companies) of $2.71/gallon. I am very disappointed.
