We have been customers for 20 plus yrs of AT&T. After a recent theft of phones 3 lines were "parked" . Getting all of that resolved with the poor customer service by phone took a week and a half. Stopped in at the Willoughby location which is 2 minutes from our home. We received the most disrespectful lack of service from Courtney. There was no desire what so ever to assist us . Courtney dismissed us and said we could not receive an upgrade . The manager I believe who was sitting next to us was to busy talking to his girlfriend who came to show him her hair cut and chat therefore he didn't notice too busy flirting. Next step was the Mentor location. Brandi rocks. I left with my upgraded phone. We will now take the extra 10 minutes and go to the Mentor store.

Courtney was rude and disrespectful. Would not help us. Went to neighbor store in Mentor and was treated wonderfully by Brandi. She was able to help us.

Shelly and a co-worker (who's name I forgot) were great. They had to straighten out complicated issues caused by ATT's 3rd party door to door salesmen. I was very upset when I came to the store because the phone support couldn't figure out the issue but Shelly and her team calmed me down and handled the issue..
UPDATE: ATT HAS HAS THE PHONES IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE GM IS A BIG BABY MAN WHO THINKS ITS FUNNY

My husband and I came in to AT&T to get a new phone and we had exceptional service with Justin. He was patient with all the gadgets we needed and wanted. He also helped us set up our new phones and help me pair my Apple Watch to the new phone. I would recommend this store and Justin to work with

The representative Courtney was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind and helpful. I am a tourist visiting Ohio for the second time and she understood my struggles on getting a prepaid sim. She was very patient in explaining different data plans. I felt very comfortable and at ease.

As soon as I walked in the door I had someone walk up to me immediately and ask how they can help and how was I doing that day ! Amazing service. My issue was resolved.
