Been a loyal customer for 20 years and have 5 lines. This company changed a lot and not into better way. If you are not going to do auto withdraw for montly bill, they will charge you extra 10 bucks per line for no reason, even if you make payments online. Not a single company does that. After 20 years, i will be switching to verizon or Tmobile. Total ripoff Att!!!

The Store experience was Was very nice. The only thing I notice Tension from the lady representative to the other employee. He told her it looked like you got A lot going on over on your table ,cause of all the phones she had on her table . She replied back "You need to mind you business ,don't say nothing to me ,Tend to your customer. In a very aggressive tone. I was like "Wow " As a customer I was afraid to ask for help if needed and I know I will not want her help

So Justin at AT&T helped me today as best as he could. I’ve been here from 9 AM to 2 PM and back again from 5 PM until now which is 630 almost an hour after he was supposed to get off of work that being said Shelley and Alex, his coworkers were helpful as well but what was frustrating was Google really stuck it to me I have a faulty phone I took it to a Google outlet where they determined it was unfixable, but I cannot get a new phone without returning the old one which puts me in a position because I check my diabetes with my phone and my Cleveland clinic connections are only on my phone. I do not own a computer, so needless to say they would not make any allowances, and they would make me wait 10 days without my phone, so it puts me in a position where I may have to find a new provider and back out of my contract, which really is a pain in the butt because I am in a bundle with my Internet that being said, I want to emphasize the hard work that Justin and his team put in for me and because of that, I’m gonna do everything I can to stay with AT&T because I was extremely impressed with the help that was extend it to me today even though I didn’t get the answers from Google that I wanted and with that I will say thank you and I will update you in the future.

There I was stuck in a predicament... keep my old phones or upgrade. Be a slave to a payment or free of the burden. Do I sell my soul for unwanted notifications but ease of information? Greg and Anthony said the answer was yes. Typically the hassle of keeping up with modern phones annoys me. Yet Greg and Anthony made it a painless and dare I say enjoyable process. From having the phones my families little hearts desired in stock to trading in my old phones. Great customer service all around, from the start to the end.

I am a commercial property manager, and I needed to come into a physical store to add a service on one of my commercial lines. I had been getting the runaround for many months and I came into the store and met the wonderful assistant manager named Shelley. She was able to stay with me the entire time in the store and get me routed to the correct people and I was finally able to add this service. Not only did she help me with my situation, but she was the most delightful employee I have dealt with in a very long time. I highly recommend the location on Euclid Avenue in Willoughby and ask for Shelley.

I thought my screen was cracked on my iPhone. Turned out it was just my screen protector that was cracked. I was very satisfied with the help "Justin" gave me to fix it, replace the screen protector, and the answers he gave me for the questions I had pertaining to it. I give him a "5-star" review!
