“The staff here are always so warm and welcoming. I love that they have sweets and treats from the old days. My mother has a sweet tooth and I like to send her a candy care-package filled with her favourites from childhood (1950s/1960s) for her birthday. There isn't much you can't find here.”
“Not super fancy but very higher end chocolates. Packages make good gifts. Lots of variety and you can buy specific items to eat. Make good gifts for business guests. Also has an ice cream shop inside. Most packages are in the $10-20 range.”
“I haven't actually been to the physical location, but I did purchase a bag of their chips in Columbus in a giant eagle marketplace in Hilliard and they were the best nondairy chocolate chips I've ever had. So, of course, I looked up this company . The quality is outstanding . I have their butterscotch chips bag in my cart as we speak. I only wish my daughter still lived in Cleveland.!!!”
“I was in there the other day with my daughter. We purchased a small amount of bulk candy ($3 or $4) worth. When we left the mall I noticed a charge for $44 on my card. I called right away, and they asked me to come back. The girl who helped us was amazing. She did everything she could to fix the problem. Even calling her manager multiple times to have her walk her through getting me my money back. She apologized profusely, even though it wasn’t even her fault. Happy to say she got everything figured out and got my money back. We aren’t from the area, but I will definitely be returning when we are in town again. Wonderful customer service!!!”
