Worst Conrad’s, do not take your car to this place at all!! Everytime I take my car to this place it ends up with more problems and they don’t honor warranties or issues they have caused with misinformation. Take accountability when people are spending hundreds to thousands to fix their cars, and all you guys are looking for is a payday. I was lied to about some brake pads which me and boyfriend were told the exact same thing and now they want to say they didn’t say that. Never using them again, everyone I know told me not to use them and I should have listened!!

I usually have an amazing experience here but not this most recent visit. I went in for brake work on my 2021 Nissan Sentra. The estimate came back for 500$. I paid the estimate and after about a month, I had to take my car back in for the same rear brake work at the nissan dealership.

Went to get oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to tighten three of my lug nuts on the front drivers side. I'm on the freeway doing 70mph and starting hearing a clunking sound pull over and sure enough my tire was about to pop off. They have lost me as a customer

It took 5 min for at least one of the two front desk staff to address me or even say good morning.
I was told to sign and it’ll be a 2 hour wait with a rude tone. Customer service can be tough; however, as a paying customer the expectation is at least have a cordial attitude. Every other person that came after me he was greeted right away and was talked to in a more friendly tone. I had an appointment at 9am. My car was not taken back until after 10am. The person with a 10am appointment with tire changes as well had their car completed an hour before me as we both waited at the shop. They DO NOT prioritize appointment time. 9am arrival with a noon departure.

I come in on time for my appointment that I have at 4pm tell them man I what service I want and is making sure they do my tire rotation. I ask do they still send videos of the whole process he gets smart and proceeds to say you’ll get a video if something is wrong with the car . So I ask again because I always get oil changes here and he proceeds to not answer the question trying to be smart so he volunteers to get somebody else and I said good because you’re unprofessional . He was black so I decided to give him the same energy he gave me . Unfortunately I realized soon why he was so confident and fast to offer to get someone else and that’s because the “manager “ was just unprofessional. He’s literally sitting there watching me and the guy go back and forth and instead of getting up and de-escalating the situation he says to me he’s not unprofessional so I say excuse me and he says “maybe if you wasn’t on the phone this wouldn’t be happening “ when first off you don’t even know what’s going on and second what does my conversation on the phone have to do with anyone in here .Like lol am I the one at work here ? I come to the same place and get the same thing every time . I have never had this problem before . It was very unprofessional and unpleasant . I will not be coming back because there are clearly new people working this establishment. No wonder why the place was empty .

Something's up. Not sure what it is but I've had to get the same work redone on my vehicle a year and a half later, TWICE. Just be careful of what you get serviced at this location.

Run, don't walk AWAY from this place. Went in an hour before closing to get my tired looked at and replaced. It was obvious, from the jump, I was being rushed out the door. Not only did they NOT actually look to see what the problem was, they rush put the "new" tire on (New, meaning, 2 years old). Made my problem worse! Only drove for 20 minutes and my TPMS light was on again. Took it somewhere else, and they were able to remedy the problem. And inform me Conrad's didn't even take the extra 10 seconds to adjust the wheel weight while putting my rim back on. But if you don't want to take it from me, take it from the mechanic at the other shop who actually remedied my problem -- "Whoever put this tire on is an idiot." Have had my car for 10 years, and have had to replace a tire or two EVERY year since starting to take my car here in 2021. Never again. I get wanting to get home early, but not at the risk of someone's tire blowing up going 60 down the freeway.

BUYER BEWARE; After sitting for 2 hours for them to check my tires for an isthey came back and said both my front wheel bearings need replaced for $1580! After purchasing the wheel bearing myself at a cost of $219 each, It was determined that it wasn't my wheel bearings at all and in fact it was my universal choice which costs about $25 each. It appears this place has a problem with honesty!

$2000 for brakes and still had the same problem after. Save your $money$ and go elsewhere
