The price and overall experience would merit a higher rating. HOWEVER, I found that I was put in collections for $205 last week. I gave the facility 11 days notice of intent to vacate and cleared out with time to spare; informed them that the unit was clear and ready to let for the next customer. They have been uncooperative in resolving THEIR clerical error with me and hang up when I look for them to resolve it in a professional manner. Also, there was no communication for the 12+ months after I quit their service; nothing until I received a call from the bill collections agency they chose to employ, threatening my credit rating. I will post again regarding the status of this error on their part.

I was truley happy with my experience today at Storage Kings. I have tight budget to work with for 2025. Robins, the manager, gave me some great suggestions and made my complex storage needs a reality and under my budget. I have a fantastic partner in Storage Kings.

Vacated the unit due to numerous hidden fees and terrible upkeep of the facility.
Started paying $60/month went up to $149/month, with no notice.
Maybe for a premium facility, but this is not that.

They don’t answer their phones, they don’t have employees in the office and if you cancel your unit they won’t get back to you until a month has passed and they’ve charged you. The only time they’ve responded to me, was to tell me that their increasing their rates.

They keep raising prices the parking lot pot holes are crazy and they never respond to voice mail email etc. look elsewhere!

Stay far away from this place. A complete joke of a company. I’ve been at this location for 10 years. The past 2 under there management has been awful. The property has gone to hell. When you ask about the massive potholes being filled; they promise it’ll be done, but never happens. They won’t touch the parking lot until the new climate controlled buildings are built. Semis bottom out because the pothole into their area is so large. Endless price increases with no manager on site and no property up keep.I’m the most mad now because I’ve been out of a spot for 2 months. No one answers the phone and no one is in the office. (Not my problem) My account was charged for another month. I’ve talked to multiple “managers” and no one can issue me a refund. It should easily be adjusted according to my move out date.Hopefully someone that actually makes decisions sees this review.You only have a manager problem because you tie your employees hands. I rent 7 units and they couldnt wave the $25 admin fee for moving 1 building over. (Just bad service) They can’t do anything in the system without authorization from up top. They just have to sit and get yelled at about things the company decides to do to people.A great small town storage has been ruined by more of cooperate idiots.Please reach out storage king, maybe you care, you probably don’t

Place is an absolute disaster, many years ago it was okay but now it completely fell apart. I had a unit and I had a boat inside and I wanted to move locations because I would scrape every pothole in the storage place because of how bad it is. I moved out over a month ago and I’m STILL paying and they sent me a letter that rent is going up and my unit is vacant. I tried going up there several times and there’s nobody in office and called probably 30 times and left voicemails and still I hear NOTHING BACK. It is a free for all people park anywhere they want. There is absolutely no management. DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE

I reserved on 10/21. I have yet to receive a call about details,.etc. I called the facility phone number that is listed, and it sends me to a call center. So there's nobody at the facility that I can even call to have a discussion with. So I asked the call center to please send a message that I'm waiting to know if I can move my unit in and how I go about that, / the details. I received no response. This past Thursday I went up to the facility at 9:30 when they're supposed to open and nobody was there so I put a rather large note on the payment mailbox sticking out so they could see it with my information and my reservation number and phone number, and two days later nobody has returned my phone call almost 3 days. So my original reservation was 10/21 and it is now 11/11 and I don't know what the heck is happening with this reservation.
