The staff, LouAnne, is super great!!
Unfortunately the company practices are greedy. Renter beware of the 4.5 star reviews! If you check in other sites with unbiased reviews you'll see similar stories and issues with the company, but this company tends to grab people in with great, cheap deals online only, and then after the first month they send you a rental increase, then 6 months later they send another one, stating "due to hard times in the economy and how it takes more money to maintain the units and provide the best they can for customers." It doesn't cost that much to keep one tiny little office running with 1 person behind the desk!! The "hard times" they talk about must be from having a 4 figure bonus instead of 5, since I bet LouAnne isn't paid enough for how professional and kind she is despite the company's dirty practices. Bless her heart she is a credit to the work she's employed by, since they just want money money money and she's so patient and sweet even when you complain! Without LouAnne, I bet that place would close cause I can imagine how many people won't be able to handle the dissatisfied customers like she does. Great job to her and her professionalism, never bad mouthing the company that takes as much as they can and gives the bare minimum, handling customers with grace, and explaining everything with clarity and kindness.

When it was time to rent space for an upcoming move, I knew this was the place to go based on past experience. Pricing is competitive and reasonable, and may have decreased from what I was paying 6 or 7 years ago. My interactions with the Property Manager, LouAnn, have been very positive and professional. My experience there has been first rate.
