Terrible experience, tried scheduling a vaccine appointment online twice this week and both were cancelled with no explanation. Tried calling the pharmacy to understand and reschedule. I was told they could not schedule over the phone and that I should contact 1-800-shopcvs. I did and was directed back to the Pharmacy, if I wanted to talk to a person rather than schedule online. This is a great example of terrible customer service and is completely unacceptable.

My issue is not it's the pharmacy but with the store. My husband and I entered the store to get two passport photos and to purchase other items from the store. The young African American male asked if he could help me and I told him why I was there. He said "Okay!" Then my husband and I were standing around waiting, for what we don't know. If the cashier was not the one taking our picture he should have given us some instructions that it would be someone else taking our picture and how long we had to wait. After five minutes we turned around and left the store and headed to Walgreens across the street and got way better customer service. I will never go to that cvs store again! Goodbye CVS and hello Walgreens!

This review is not particularly for the pharmacy as a whole but for the pharmacist: Chuck. I have been filling prescriptions at this cvs location for about 6 months now. I had a few issues, quite a few, with my insurance coverage. Chuck is knowledgeable and helped to solve these said issues. I appreciate the help very much with resolving these issues. I know you are busy and many times understaffed but I do appreciate you're taking the time to help me. Thank you.

This is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the immediate area after Covid and the poor pharmacists are always slammed but they make it work somehow and are still helpful, fast, and polite.

They seem to be Ovr worked there they sure got a bug up their britches at xs I swear. Attitude city... But they do their job n that's all that matters everyone don't have 2b nice ALL THE DARN X RIGHT PEOPLE'S!!! BY THE WAY TNX 4 UR HELP. I DO APPRECIATE ALL U DO 4 US.

If I could leave no stars I would. I understand short staffed and all what Covid has caused. I have been a customer at CVS for decades. But I draw the line at the new policy of closing the pharmacy between 1:30-2:00pm. I was just at CVS of course a long line at the drive thru and inside. I was there at about 1:25pm. One of the pharmacy staff started to closed up the pharmacy with a long line of customers still. One customer asked if they would still wait on some customers. Was told "Sorry we close 1:30 - 2 everyday" and proceeded to closed the door with customers in line. I am done with CVS, I can go to Walgreens next door just as easy. You lost all my business from now on. Thanks for nothing CVS.

I have been trying to call for three days to find out the status of my prescription refill. No one has answered all three days even after holding on the phone for over an hour each day. I finally had to end up walking in to get a simple status.

Open 24 hours. I sent in a print order online late in the night and was totally surprised that it was available at 6am! It was a big order as well. The cashier at that early hour was very patient and nice. He made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. That is rare in retail these days. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking. It's easily accessible right off the 90 exit too.

Wow. Currently on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy for 20 minutes now. 20 minutes. The techs are clueless and have been giving me the run around about my prescription. Horrible pharmacy. Try mentor or mol. This one is a bust.

The staff at the pharmacy seems to go out of their way to not help you. However, after getting the runaround from several CVS locations, including this one. I did get a help suggestion from the pharmacist here. Her advice was quite simple....."You can try Walgreens". As it turns out they treated me with respect, were more than happy to help me, and my prescription was cheaper.
