This office has good service and friendly staff (when you are able to get in), but VERY POOR communication. I can never reach the office directly. I am okay with speaking to call center representatives if the information they are given is accurate. With DentalWorks Willoughby, the scheduling information is incorrect each time I call. This office was apparently temporarily closed with no communication to the patients. I was finally able to schedule an appointment for my son today at 3:30pm, and when we arrived, the office was closed. Completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. If we did not have an Orthodontics contract with DentalWorks, I would have found another provider long ago. I am hoping that the appointment we scheduled tomorrow at the Mayfield location goes well.

My WHOLE family & I have been with them for about 5years. Started at the Macedonia one in the plaza then one day out of the blue got a call stating our Dentist (Indian lady) VERY nice was gone. No explanation. Just gone & not sure if she’ll be back. Okay things happen so find a new one. Find a new one in Willoughby he was cool no issues. Out of the blue AGAIN we get a call saying we have to reschedule,so no problem we rescheduled. Before that date I currently have a dental emergency. I call the office TODAY which now is an answering service so choppy I can barely hear. Someone answers just to tell me there’s nothing available until August! I say okay can we try another office. She says yes I have a 3pm Tomorrow Mayfield office. I say thank god. Puts me on hold forever comes back & says “I’m sorry they’re not answering the phone & I can’t schedule you,call back later or tomorrow. I’m in TEARS atp because like it’s an emergency & we know there’s nothing ED Rooms or Hospitals can do for dental work. I start literally begging this lady & she says “ok let’s try Strongsvile office” & that’s right u guessed it there was no answer there either! I’m not sure what is going on with these Dental Works AND their STAFF but it’s not right to not explain anything & treat your loyal patients like this! forcing them to go elsewhere! & Please don’t hit me with the automatic response of “I’m sorry please reach out to US so we can make it right” when we both know once I reach out I’m going to get that SAME answering service chick who can’t even get in touch with the offices either or schedule any appointments! I’m currently in pain with an dental emergency & don’t need anymore of the run around.

Was a great office and people if you could get in. Had an appointment canceled the day before it was scheduled. I plan my work schedule around these well in advance so it was irritating but it happens. Then the next cleaning got canceled too on short notice. When I tried to reschedule, I was basically told to go elsewhere because they had no hygienist available. Not sure how being down a hygienist means you can't schedule someone in a week or two. But they told me to go elsewhere, so elsewhere I will go.

Sign on door says Office is temporarily closed. They fitted me for new denture in March and supposedly ordered them, but I can't contact them to find out. I've left numerous messages and no one gets back to me. Am going to file a complaint and grievance about them through my insurance company

The only dental office where you can make your appointment 6 months in advance and they will call you the day before and tell you it’s canceled with no explanation. When you call to reschedule they’ll also tell you they’re booked up for the next 4 months. I didn’t even get a call this time, just an “oh well your appointment was canceled” text. Very very unprofessional.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! With that said, the employees are very nice. However, the office NEVERS answers the phone. I live 50 mins away from this office and have had billing issues for months! Every time I ask the office about it they say, don’t pay the bill, something doesn’t look right, we will look into it and get back to you. I don’t pay, get another bill… higher… ask again to make sure as I never heard back, told the same thing… and again never heard back. They now never answer the phone. I literally try call 15 times a day. The billing dates do not match with appointment dates I have had. Get a call from the regional manger basically telling me she can’t go over the bill with me as it’s from their previous billing system that she doesn’t have access too… so again… why would I pay it if Ive been told it doesn’t look right and then a manager can’t see the billing system… seriously… what the hell??? She threatened that it was going to get sent it to collections but yet can’t even tell me if it’s correct or not. Received another bill with office visits in January February, March and April 2024. I haven’t had an appointment since December 2023. So how am I getting charged for office visits when I haven’t been there in 4 months. But yet they wonder why I’m questioning the bill. Still to this date have not heard back about the bill and I still have questions that are not answered. I’ve tried emailing since I don’t get a call back or since the office doesn’t answer the phone, but still not even an email back. No communication at all! This place is an absolute joke anymore!

I loved this office until recently. My appointments keep getting canceled and I’ve been trying to call them for weeks and I get no answer. I get kicked over to the call center and they reschedule the appointment for me and then two days before my appointment I get an email saying your appointment has been canceled. Last time the call center said they weren’t scheduling any new appointments until May and that I had to call the office directly to make my appointment. How can we do that if they never answer? I called the office directly, got no answer, but the call center finally had an answer for me today. They told me that they found out by emailing the office, they couldn’t even call and get an answer, that they have no hygienist and no dentist at all. She didn’t know when they would get one so I’m going to call the Mayfield office and start going there. I don’t know why they couldn’t send out a simple email to their customers saying why they keep canceling our appointments. I also wasted my money on the Dental Works Advantage plan this year because it’s only good for a year and I didn’t get everything I’m supposed to get under the plan before it expired because I never got my appointments in within the year it’s good for because they’re always canceling.

The reason im giving two stars is not because of the actual dentists. I actually liked Dr. Gancz and Dr. Grande and had good experiences with them both. However dealing with the office was a whole different story.. i had called almost everyday for an entire month and could not ever get through or i would get the appointment center who would tell me i have to call back to schedule which is pointless if i get a voicemail or just ringing every single time! I actually even drove up there one day when it said they were open and no one was there! Finally after all that time a woman named Bridget I believe it was called me to come in for an appointment. Also, I paid $200 for a mouth guard on July 7th of 2023 and the mouth guard was never made. I was told by one of the staff named Ivanka that she would make sure to get me the refund once its approved by their regional manager.. this was back in January!! i have emailed a few times since then with NO response from her at all. So basically i gave them $200 that i worked hard for for absolutely nothing and I also gave Ivanka my card info which makes me very uncomfortable considering it looks like i am being ignored. My experience has been nothing short of awful and unprofessional.

I had shown up two times to get my teeth cleaned, and I was told they had no hygienist available. Both times they never called to let me know. They never answer their phones, and I had to physically go in a few times to make appointments over the last year. The office is totally out of sink. Though I do have to say they have an excellent dentist. Dr Grande has been my dentist for a number of years. Unfortunately I hear they are moving him to Dentalworks in Stongsville. I definitely will miss having him as my dentist, and wish him the best!

Great staff when you actually get an appointment. Their office NEVER answers their phone, called over 12 times. Their answering service that the call gets routed to tries their best but rarely has the power to schedule anything. Its easier to dance the jitterbug with betty white then get into this office.THey also canceled 3 of my appointments in a row the day prior. Left dentalworks for good

I have never had an appointment at this place that was not rescheduled. You can never get ahold of anyone in the office. The phone number just takes you to an answering service who blindly schedules an appointment for you.
