Just passed one of their drivers on 271 northbound befor Broadway and Forbes. Holding phone up on the steering wheel while going 70 eyes all the way on the phone lol. Hope he doesn't cause an accident jeez.

Steven did an AMAZING job @ getting my giant 3500 pickup out of a ditch(driveway miss). Couldn’t be more thankful- it was on Thanksgiving, atrocious weather & a very difficult situation for him to maneuver but he safely got us out of the predicament! Thank you guys for your quick & excellent service 💕

If I could rate zero stars I would , guy came out couldn’t haul my jeep suv for some reason -I know sounds crazy for as big of a tow company they are and then didn’t give me my money back after they couldn’t haul it I didn’t know coming out and telling me my car can’t be towed was still considered a tow . THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN I would not recommend this terrible company to anybody

One of their drivers came to tow my car. Guy was very difficult from the first interaction. I would’ve told him to leave if I weren’t getting the service through my insurance. The guy came with an attitude his name was something Diaz. He was Defensive, wanted to create an argument about literally everything. Why are your drivers so miserable? Pay them!

Geico picked this company to help tow my car out a snowy ditch. They said they would be there in 1 hour but 50 minutes later Geico calls saying that the tow company can’t get to my location and Geico would have to contact another company and I would have to wait another hour or more.
Additionally, after booking with the company through Geico, my wife called to give further instructions and had a rude interaction with whoever answer the phone.

I wrecked my car a few months ago and was basically stranded on an off ramp where I went off the freeway. One of their drivers saw me while he was on the freeway - turned around and came to help. He even gave me his jacket since I was freezing and didn't have one. Best experience with a tow company, if i need a tow again I will definitely be calling.

This company panel paints and doesn't blend panels. My rear quarter panel is a different color with an obvious change of color from one panel to the next. It was barely noticeable at first and over time became more and more obvious. They must use cheap materials for white paint to continuously yellow over time.The worst part is when I stopped in to bring this to their attention they told me they needed to speak to the owner and sent me away. I called back and got another excuse. Then I sent emails that I know were received because they forwarded it and copied me on the forward and then completely stopped responding to my follow up emails.

No respect for property of others . Damaged the landscaping at my HOA the driver claimed it was there before even though I had photos of his truck in the grass with the ruts his truck created. Called their office asked for them to take care of the landscaping damage to which they never followed up. Imagine what would happen if they damaged your car while towing it. I'm sure they'd just say it was damaged before too

The fact that they canceled my tow because they don't allow people to ride with them is ridiculous because of covid...even though I could've worn a mask sure did I give attitude about it yes but having an awful day you think someone would be a little more understanding and try to resolve the issue but no they hang up on you and cancel services

Said they would be at location eta 1hr 35min, never showed up. Been sitting on 480 going on 3hrs. Ended up calling insurance back up to get a different tow. Tried calling four times no answer, never got a call back. Only reason why I gave a star is so it could be posted. Worthless in my eyesService: Tires

I had my car repaired by this company & something was stolen from my car. I didn't notice it right away. When I did i contacted the company immediately. I have not heard from the company, I'm quite certain they have cameras. If you use this company, take pictures of anything inside your car, even if you think it won't be stolen.Service: Body & Trim

We used their towing service through our Geico roadside assistance and they went above and beyond to get us towed to where we needed to go.
