I stopped at FedEx to make one copy because it was on my home. I don't even know the ladies name who I spoke with, but she was rude. I asked how much to make one copy? She proceeded to tell me that if I make it myself it will cost .19 plus a $10 hold on my credit card for I believe she said for 24hrs. So I asked how much if she made the copy behind the desk, and she told me .20 cents plus $2.50 for the service. I said are you kidding me? Then she proceeded to show me a sign that stated that. I said no thanks, and walked out. Fed Ex is ripping people off. I went to the Library, which I should have done in the first place. SMH Fed EX

Being assisted at this location for their fedex services I've never felt more uncomfortable and more unwelcome than I was by Vicky. Vicky chose not to acknowledge me until I got off the phone. Even though I was waiting on the phone until she was available. After 5 minutes of awkward glances from Vicky I disconnected. Since I no longer expected she was working with the person nearby. Vicky's response stated that she was waiting for me to get off the phone because she doesn't work with people while on the phone even though it was not posted and no indication was provided to me that's what she was waiting for. Then she proceeded to attempt to charge me 3 times more than I've ever been charged to send 3 pieces of paper. I chose not to do business at this location and due to Vicky, I will not be returned

Worst possible customer service ever in a Federal Express location. The sales associate, named Jessica, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was simply trying to ship part of my old coin collection (not very valuable) that I was keeping at my dad's in Willoughby to my home in DC.She said she didn't think they could ship coins, and handed me a customer service number, which was also unhelpful. She refused to do anything further. The number provided only an automated service, and did not answer particular shipping questions.Interestingly, when I used this same location this morning, and I told the sales associate what I was doing, in shipping the coins, he said there was no issue.I would avoid using this location, especially if Jessica is working there.
