Really bad attitude from an employee.
I had the misfortune of dealing with the same employee on two separate occasions, and each time she has treated me like something she stepped in.
Just a hideously bad attitude, and now the local UPS store has found a life long customer. I won't be back to deal with this train-wreck of an employee.

Customer service is terrible. A worker went to get me a box, started talking to her coworker and left me standing at the counter with no explanation and went to do another job in the store. Also on a previous order I informed the same worker to mark my boxes as fragile and when I got them with no labels, I clearly could hear that all of my belongings were broken.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I honestly don’t know where they find the people working at this location. “Rude and disrespectful” doesn’t even begin to describe it. The young woman working in the morning—African American, wearing glasses—seemed completely annoyed just to be there. No greeting, no help, just attitude. It felt like I was bothering her by simply walking in. I won’t ever be returning to this store. FedEx needs to seriously evaluate who they’re hiring to represent their brand.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am sure that senior management of this company has no idea how horrific the situation really is in that building. Don’t come here unless you want to be spoken to like a child & an inconvenience to their social hour & shenanigans.

There was nobody in the store and the girl working there in the morning wouldn’t help me laminate something lol I asked for help and after mumbling vague instructions and turning back to whatever she was doing I just left.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this shop for years and typically receive quick decent service. Those days are gone! I came in here on Tuesday and was never acknowledged and the workers went behind a covering up front. I could hear them laughing and talking about some pictures they were looking at. I stood there for over 5minutes and honestly I think they were hoping I would leave. The other customer inside was looking at me with - quizzical look as well. Horrible service and these 2 service workers need to be corrected on how to acknowledge customers when entering and letting someone know they’ll be with them after they’re done scrolling on instagram. I went to another FedEx in Richmond heights and received much better service and I think that is the shop I will continue to frequent moving forward.

The employee was extremely rude, yelling at customers and talking very disrespectfully to a guy picking up packages. I turned around and walked out of the store. I will never come back to this location

Ordered ahead of time and still not ready. Went back during lunch and order was still messed up.

i called ahead of time and was told i can be helped with my request. i went into the store and the lady at the desk said “we don’t do stuff like that” after i had a full conversation about it on the phone. then they told me they can do it but they are too busy to help me. place is a joke with incompetent workers i went to office max and had it done with no issues.

The employee working the counter was rude, obnoxious and swore at me. She did NOT greet me when I entered the location. Instead she said I am not servicing any more customers today, you will have to leave, I have to close my register at 7pm, I looked at my watch and said it’s 6:46 pm. She said it was too bad. I was appalled. She should not be in customer service. I have never had any issues at the location until today! I’m sorry if she was having a bad day, but you should never treat a customer like that. She states the computers are going to shut off and I should just get the hell out and go home. So disappointed….
