Nice bank great account my only complaint would be the bugs & debris on the ATM very tasteless & simply disgusting I expect more polish from such a nice institution!

I never go into this location, I'd rather drive a couple minutes more or call because everytime I've had issues, the same older blonde lady is so rude. I had an issue with my account being hacked and money and my card stolen and every other 5/3 I go to would give me my account number to reset my password with my ID. But no, this lady wouldn't. She told me I had to go through all these extra steps by calling and getting a replacement card and what not. It's not an issue with all 5/3 branches, but because of that I just switched my banks. I work in customer service, sometimes I'm accidentally rude to a customer when I don't mean to be. But this isn't accidental and it's not just rude. I partly blame her for all the money lost when I lost my card.

Every time I use this location the customer service is sub-par. I don’t know what the deal is but this particular location always causes me to question why do I even do business with 5/3. The staff is terrible consistently. Do better. I don’t owe you my business.

Called to ask if I could get something notarized. The guy who answered said he was a notary. I asked him if I swung by 10-15 minutes later if he'd be there, he said he should be. I even asked him if he was planning on going to lunch, he said "depending on his clients" but he should be there. I arrived 10 minutes later and was told that he went on lunch. The other notary on staff was very reluctant to help me. They also failed to inform me the Heinen's next door was in Willoughby, not Willoughby Hills. I've had to wait to be helped before because a teller was socializing. Have had good experiences with every other 5th 3rd location, but not this one. Would not recommend this location.

Do not bank with fifth third! When they use to be a credit union they actually put their clients first. Now that theyre a bank, they engage in predatory practices while the institute itself crumbles. More branches are closed more now than ever, customer service takes over an hour on average to get ahold of, payments take upwards to a week to process, and their my cash advance is borderline almost illegal the way they automatically take any direct deposits then sit on it for upwards to a week while preventing you from paying your bills. Terrible bank!

The bank writes a check for my husband and myself, then when we go to cash it, they can't bc it has 2 names on it. BUT YALL WROTE IT. Pppl be lame in real life.first time and last time at this bank. I'll just keep going to Wendy's and watch them as I ride by........

Fifth third is an absolute joke. They charge "maintenance fees" on your own money. I will be switching banks ASAP!

After having some issues with 5/3, the 'customer support worker' was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. He addressed my problems with the bank, and restored my faith in the organization. If you do have an issue with 5/3, I highly recommend reaching out to their support team, I'd be shocked if they couldn't find common ground with you.

Never again will I use this bank. I cinstacons have issues with my account and numbers in it have been changing every day. Either the person that set my account up isn't doing thier job or because the bank it's self is so new they have to constantly sell thier customers short to stay afloat. I'm very disappointed with this bank
