“I contacted Mayfield Floral to order flowers for an upcoming Celebration of Life being held at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens. I had never used This florist before as I am from Michigan. The lady who helped me was so friendly and patient with all my questions. I wanted an arrangement that was in a basket with pink and lavender flowers. They delivered on time and it was beautiful! “I cannot say enough good things about Havel’s Flowers & Greenhouses in Mentor. I called last minute, less than an hour before I needed flowers delivered, and honestly wasn’t sure if anything could be done.
The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, and so helpful. She took my information quickly, offered options, and assured me the flowers would be delivered before the 3:00 PM visitation for a funeral. In a moment that was already stressful and emotional, she truly felt like an angel.

“They then gave me a box to hold the flowers with the vase. There was a cute note on the box saying that if you return it, you'll get a free rose. I honestly thought it would be just a single rose, but when I came back, they surprised me with a large, gorgeous pink rose, along with baby's breath and rose foliage, and all wrapped so nicely. It felt generous and genuinely thoughtful, not performative.”
