“The biggest and best comic store I’ve ever seen, with back stock going back 80+ years, TCG from every major brand, manga, and very friendly staff, especially the owner and his son. Fairly priced and really cool finds as well.”

“Michaela is still falling short of the needs covered by Joanne Fabric, but there are signs up saying more is coming we will see. The last time I was in the store I waited almost 10 minutes to have some fabric cut. They do have a decent selection of project kits for kids and the prices are good. I’m a bit new to this store so I’m going to give them more time especially since they are not filling the void left by Joanne Fabrics.”

“Standing in the checkout line with a couple items and a family emergency came up. I had to set the items on the counter and leave. I have shopped at this Mayfield Heights location before and the associate at the register did recognize me from previous visits. The emergency that came up had me in a rush and visibly upset . When I return to GameStop 3 days later, that same associate had set aside the two items that I had to leave behind and asked me if I would still like to purchase them. The fact that he had seen that I was dealing with an issue of importance and for him to be kind enough to hold those items for me when I returned was a service I've never experienced before. Walking back into the store and to see the items handed back to me and asked if I would still like to purchase them, actually got me emotional because I was buying items for my son who is in the hospital. That was the reason I had to leave quickly three days prior. I was so taken by the moment that I regret not being able to remember the gentleman's name. He works at the Mayfield Heights gamestop. This gentleman is not just a great GameStop employee who does a good job..... He's a great person who's good at life. Thank you GameStop for hiring such great people. I'll be going to GameStop first before even ordering online with this kind of service”

“Have tons of collectibles and of course, trains! Lots of collectible trains. They do have a very sweet dog that hangs around the store, so if you're allergic to dogs then not recommended to go in. Very helpful couple. Unfortunately, they tend to chat at the counter with other customers, ignoring your needs and being wrapped up in the conversation.”
