Met with nicole she was supposed to complete my taxes, put account number in wrong after it was confirmed 2 times. Told me she couldnt edit info to resubmit after. Had to do my taxes myself. Also, $273 for taxes is way too high.

I had my taxes done couple weeks ago. Im behind There was a real nice older white lady and everybody was verry helpfull. I think the lady was a boss lady butt im not sure. Well she left and I ax some older white guy in the back a question. Well he said I cant help you to go back up front? Secound latter some well dressed and fancy looking gentleman came back and he seamed well you knows I just guess I am not a big wig. Worst of all his breath stunk. Not liquear but bad breath LOL

Jaik was my tax pro at H & R Block in Willoughby for the second straight year. 42 years experience and it shows. He answered all my questions and covered all the bases so we received the largest refund due us. I am sure they are all good but I know Jaik is for sure. I recommend him highly.
