Had two accounts and had a fraudulent withdrawal on BOTH accounts. Spent 20 minutes trying to dispute them and neither of them were removed or credited. Bank is NOT secure. Just need to change my direct deposit over to Fifth Third and I am out of there! No wonder the Willoughby Hills and Mentor branch closed years ago! Thanks for nothing! *After I made this review, Huntington called me and said that because I made other debits on those accounts that THOSE MUST be legit! People, their banking system is NOT SECURE and they will do anything to cover their behinds and NOT CREDIT the fraudulent amounts. The lady was very condescending and rude! I am now out the money that someone else withdrew via a false debit!

Worst bank ever! They lie to you, don't follow up when promised, customer service is a joke! Long wait in line to do your banking. I finally had enough, closed my accounts and took my business elsewhere.

Everytime I enter this branch I always leave furious. Found out an old savings account that I’ve had for years started accruing minimum balance fee’s and went in to close. The teller process is slow and I’m working on getting my wife’s business out of Huntington as well because of all of the silly maintenance fee’s. Huntington is not a bank for small businesses or individuals and they truly only seem to care about making themselves money. This hurts to write because my first bank account I had as a kid was with Huntington and when my wife and I opened our business we thought Huntington would have better service.

The absolute slowest counter service of any bank I've ever been to. I get treating your customer like they're important, but when the line goes to the back of the bank and 15 people are in line, 7+ minutes per person is insane. That's waiting an hour to have a simple transaction. It's every time I come here. They don't have a care in the world about valuing other customers time. I will never come back to this bank. Don't go here unless you have 30 or more minutes to spare.

Bankers are friendly and competent! I would leave higher stars for that alone but there’s a serious problem here that needs attention. HIRE MORE TELLERS. There is always a wait here. 30 minutes+. Ridiculous.

Not being able to put my tips in my account due to broken or not working arms is really starting to mess with my finances. I moved from medina and NEVER had this issue. This needs fixed. We should have access to the atms all the time like ever other branch from this bank.

I see a lot of negative reviews on this branch, and can understand why. It is an insanely busy branch since they closed all the Giant Eagle locations. They do have staff and a lot of tellers, but the sheer amount of traffic is insane. I just learned to try and come at an off peak time, and never have had any issues with anyone in this branch. The five stars is for the staff there who handle this amount of people every single day.

Absolutely terrible customer service from CINDY the teller and David M Cross the branch manager. Being treated rude is one thing... being racially profiled is simply unacceptable. Was told... could not take money out of the account, had to go to another branch who helped within 5 minutes! Came back to close the account and was told "no we wont close it." Tried to talk to "management"... closed the door in my face... and was told "yeah, yeah" as i stated I'll just leave. 10/26/2022 36505 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094 escalated to corporate.

I can see why they have such low ratings.., It’s the worst branch to do business through. The staff fail at doing their jobs and are unreliable. And, I think they just work whatever hours they want there. I’d suggest going to a different branch. Of course, I’ve heard from several people that Huntington is just getting bad to do business with anymore period.

Met with Theresa to set up an account again and what a lovely experience it was. I have always love Huntington and would never go anywhere else as their customer service is always first class.
