Worst ATM ever. First, the only car that can fit in it is a Smart Car. Second, it's is always broken. Key Corporate closed all the good branches and left this trash heap standing.....good work.

I opened a business checking account and was told I would receive debit cards in a week. A week later on I emailed the manager Michele and was told the cards were not there by a certain day to let her know. After an over a month I emailed twice and also left several voicemails asking for assistance and not a response: This is extremely unprofessional on so many levels. As of today it been almost 6 weeks and no return call or email response. I see why this branch has 2.0 rating.

I inserted $800 cash into this ATM but I mistakenly used my old debit card. The ATM tells me it can’t can’t complete the transaction, spits out my debit card, and keeps my money. I called customer service immediately because the bank was closed when this occurred and 3 days later, the money still hasn’t been deposited to my account. As soon as my money is deposited I’m closing my account! My bills need to be paid and now I can’t do that because the ATM didn’t give me my cash back!

I searched KeyBank app for ATM was sent to this location as it was close to me when I arrive the ATM is not working. There was another bank in the same parking lot I withdrew money was charged a fee and KeyBank won’t refund me. It’s not my fault their ATM was broken their site didn’t tell me. Called customer service and they said I should have looked for another ATM use more gas and time to go to another machine of theirs and no guarantee that one would have worked. Upset they won’t refund me my $3.75 !!!!!

ATM card was almost destroyed in the machine. Got a pending transaction for the money withdrawn that was never dispensed. Nothing they could do in the store but call a hotline and file a dispute. Do yourself a favor and get rid of KeyBank. With the amount of fees you pay for them to hold your money, you’d think they’d have some decent in-person customer service.

Still one teller, not wearing a mask, trying to work both drive through and inside lines as lines back up. No other employees coming over to help. I would visit another branch instead.

Tried to change my account info in store, they said call the toll free number and gave me attitude, had to drive to another key bank to be helped....
