I needed a size converter for the hoses to my kitchen sink. They recommended me the wrong product and it was a nightmare to figure out. I'm just a simple homeowner trying to learn and Lowe's staff definitely doesn't know what they're doing either. Lesson learned, I went to the local mom and pop hardware store where they know what they're talking about.

My experience with customer service was absolutely fantastic!This lady here has a pretty smile and great attitude. She handled my return with professionalism, and I was very impressed. I'll definitely shop there again.I'm sorry, I was in a rush and didn't get to ask her name.

Purchased an Electric Dryer, was told there were no morning deliveries available, yet they delivered in the morning when I wasn’t there. Would not come back out to deliver so I went to the store with my receipt to get a refund. They denied it; even though they were still in possession of their own product. Then opened an investigation case. Only to try & make me wait 10 days for my monies back. I still don’t have my Monies. Will Never shop there again. Willoughby; Ohio

I ordered a Dryer and bought one 10/28/2023. The guy I bought it from said last day of sale and time was about to close. We knew someone that had interest free card but had no time so I got one and guy that sold it told me if I get card I get $100 off and I asked if card is interest free twice and he said yes. I got bill and paid $50 of $500. I got got bill weeks later and instead of $450 I see $460. I called the store and got guy that sold me and he said I told you there was interest and I did math and said interest in 12 month span is $100 in interest and be paying normal price on dryer and there is no $100 sale. He said no that isn't right and sold it to you and told you on interest . I told no I asked twice and told him you told me know. I asked for supervisor and he refused to transfer me. I called back and got supervisor. She gave me same story on interest on card and all cards are interest. I told her I knew someone with interest free card and she said they don't do that. I told her for washer I used that person's card and no interest was on it. Even for fridge I bought couple years ago used that person's card no interest on in. She told me go to bank to borrow money to pay it off and laughed. She said she can refund it but I pay extra $100 interest free and told her interest over 12 months is $100 interest and again she said no and I told her I will cancel card and cut it up. She said no don't do that. I called corp and they said they were embarrassed on how sales person told me about card and how manager spoke to me. She also agreed paying $100 is same if $100 less special with interest for 12 months. SO she got me to canceled my card and tore it up. I paid it on 12/30, I was going to use my credit card to pay it off, cashier said you can't as it won't take. How dumb. I paid it off with my debit card. Safe to say I won't buy anything else from here anymore. I will go to Menards as my cousin's told me is much better.

Just went to your store to make a big purchase on appliances. Was going to use my Affirm account and have a debit card attached to my google pay which is tap to pay, which you accept. The gentleman in appliances stated i could not use this for purchase although i have in the past. He called a supervisor who said they didnt think i could. So instead of this gentleman making commission he lost it due to me standing in the store and ordering it online from the store. Purchase completed as expected. Please teach your employees about the use of apple and google pay..it makes the difference between good/bad customer service and gain/loss of commission.
