He tested my hearing again today (no charge) and made necessary adjustments. And this is not the first time. With my rapidly growing hearing loss, I have stopped back 3X times prior to today. Each time, he patiently adjusted the units. Pretty sure you don’t get that level of care and concern with AirPods Pro 2 or other brands.”
