I have now gone to them for 3 sessions and the customer service is insane! They really do care about the customer base than most business and we are not just a number!

Not a bad job on Detective MS car not bad! I would recommend you to anybody! You know across the street somewhere I had someone TIGHTEN all the lug nuts on too tight. They also kind of threw the trunk back together didn't tie down the spare! It kind of looked like Angry Auto I need your help here! It's a Ford 500 you know one of those 2005 or 2007 ones two years they made it! It has solid Chrome lug nuts not the Chrome covering numbers but they're solid all the way through I need 20 of them wait I do mortgages I make that 25 or tires five what am I talking about 20 LOL LOL 20 solid lug nuts just drop them off at Tire Depot in Willoughby on Ben Hur. You can give them to Tommy or his daughter if she's working you remember Tire Depot Jerry used to own it! I have a relationship with them for tires no pun intended make sure you do it!! Just bill the city of Willoughby!!! After all it's one of their detectives mom's cars! Make it happen thank you so much great place. I think these other people just got peed off because they got drug into some kind of stupid mess have a great day great week I'll keep sending people your way my mouth runs like water! Trust me! I have a couple other shots I send them so much business they made me business cards I'm not joking I will pay for that tenfold but I think that's something you could do for the detectives mom or the city can do it somebody is going to do it trust me have a great day week New Year

I'm disappointed. I've been to this repair shop multiple times for both my car and my mother's car. I thought they did pretty good work, compared to other places I'd been in the past. However, recently my mothers car hadn't been locking. Mike previously thought it could be the lock actuator causing the issue but we hadn't taken it in to get checked so he wasn't 100% sure. He replaced the lock actuator in one of the doors but this ultimately did not fix the issue. When we took the car back and inquired about the issue not being fixed, he claimed that the behavior the car was displaying was standard, based on manufacturer design. However, the car never displayed these issues in functionality prior to the actuator being broken and subsequently fixed. Long story, short, they claimed to fix the issue without fully fixing it. I gave 3 stars instead of one because I generally haven't had issues in the past and have been pretty satisfied with the work this shop provides. I'd probably still take my car back, simply because it's hard to find good auto service.
