These guys are awesome! Came out at a moments notice and took care of our mold problem and we're very communicative and transparent. Their attic ventilation system has worked perfectly and saved us a ton in future repairs. Also, my dogs loved them so it can't get much better than that.

I have used this company several times on rental properties and renovation projects, and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price. They don't use scare tactics or pressure sales. Greg just gives his honest assessment and recommended solutions.

Owner very knowledgeable and professional. Team showed up on time and completed work per original timeline (they were also very personable). Partial attic tough area to work in but they did a great job getting rid of all the mold and sealing it.

Monarch performed remediation work for us and I was very impressed by the entire company’s knowledge and work ethic.
Greg explained the various types of mold to us, how they test the air, and how their crew would clean up the areas that needed to be addressed. The air testing report was very detailed and Greg took the time to explain the results to us. The cleanup crew was right on time and acted in a very professional manner.
I would definitely recommend Monarch for mold inspection and removal!

I would give them 0 stars if possible! We had a duct clean up scheduled 1 day before we were supposed to move in and Greg cancelled on us at the last minute and was not able to provide a rescheduling date.So unprofessional. Never again ! There are better options out there!
