Dirtiest place I ever stayed. Wifi was out for the next week, the elevator and halls were filthy. No ice machine. Handicap rooms on the 3rd floor far from the elevator. It was a nasty place and couldn't wait to leave!! I believe their reviews and pictures online were staged. I didn't take pictures because I never want anyone to know I stayed there!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this motel. The room had bed bugs, which was a major issue. When I approached the front desk, older heavy set white guy was rude and unhelpful. He gave me the runaround, claiming the manager was on the roof in 90-degree weather, which seemed very suspicious. I even had to involve the police to get a refund, which was 250$ and was told to wait for the general manager, who was nowhere to be found. Overall, the service was terrible, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hands down the most nasty place I seen. The sheets had more stains than a toddler trying to potty train. I wouldn’t hang them on the clothesline to dry. Hallways smelled terrible. Great location if looking to film a documentary on dirty hotels or next horror film. Wouldn’t not recommend staying. I would recommending on demolishing it and build a new hotel.

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! Do not book, We came in the room smelled awful of smoke, Then we look and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the bathtub was dirty and than we found a ROACH in the bed. Dead roach in floor.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE

My biggest issue with my stay at this establishment is I booked a room there due to the fact their website who stated it was a nice place there was a pool deli and so forth. I should have taken pictures to do this more justice but it is very run down and dirty. The woman at the front desk was asleep and once I woke her up was nothing but nasty and rude and could not answer a question. Upon going to my room I noticed the pool which had a broken down dryer microwave and mini fridge in it. Which obviously it is run down and have not been used in years. Not only was that a huge disappointment cuz that was my plan to go relax at the pool and just enjoy a vacation.the fact that the people staying in this establishment I'm more likely to rent it by the hour then a day.i watched drug deal after another or other illegal activity that made me feel very uncomfortable..I believe I paid to much for this room.the room it's self wasn't the cleanest but I've also seen all the towels are stained and had other people's hair on them the sheets were stained and disgusting.im definitely accusing them of false advertisement for amenities promised on the website. I recommend to anyone looking for a nice place that is affordable to look elsewhere.i would never stay there with children it's a different place at night that's for sure.i will not be back they have nothing to offer for someone looking to relax or let alone feel clean and safe.wich is something this place has a duty to ensure these simple things are something anyone wants and deserves in a hotel stay.its Willoughby not the ghetto

Black mold on ceiling, HIGHLY OVER PRICED FOR JACUZZI TUB. Smelled like smoke and wasn't clean. Lady at the counter was weird and NOT customer friendly or nice at all.
This room was booked as a surprise (jacuzzi tub) and she let the secret slip. I was so let down by the room, the price, and lack of service upon entering.

1 Star and I was being NICE by even rating it 1 Rented this room Under the impression it had a Pool because a pool is advertised! Theres a pool alright no water with a dilapidated cover, Ice machine Reads No More ICE, Tv has this weird looking Dots on the picture , Mind you we paid 100 for one night, I went to the office later on to ask for an extra blanket and the clerk looked at me like I was going to steal his blanket ( I assured him we wouldnt) so he sloooowly left to grab one ,came back an said we do not have an extra blanket , okay ... ...?...... Anyway I would recommend this as one of those hourly rooms that the ladies of the night use .... DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.... False Advertising in Major effect

Booked for 2 nights . I called the front desk to ask for extra time on the last night . They told me it'll be $10 for every hour . On hour 1, the room cleaner kept knocking . Hour 2, the manager tells me I have 15mins to leave or the owner will call the police . Which I thought was pretty extreme . Had to drive home fked up and sick 🤷🏽♀️ Never booking a 2 star hotel again 🤕

Although the place is convenient. It is not clean. The room smelled of animal urine, and the floors were not swept or mopped.

Room is nasty burn holes on the bed sheets burn holes on ceiling room is very nasty service sucks can't even get extra pillows they don't even come and clean the room Mike is great in the front but the younger gentleman very rude

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My advice would be to spend the extra $25 and head to a better hotel. This place is run down, with rooms that smell like urine and are filthy. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the already disappointing experience.
It felt like the clientele were mostly long-term residents, and there were plenty of shady individuals hanging around the property. Last night, we barely got any sleep due to our neighbors blasting music and making a racket. When we asked the staff to address the issue, it seemed like a huge hassle for them to do anything about it.
To make matters worse, the smell of marijuana smoke from the next room seeped into ours, making it even more uncomfortable. They advertise WiFi, but it didn't work at all, so we couldn't even use our computer. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning. Save your money and find a place that actually cares about its guests!

This place is DISGUSTING. The staff is rude, doesn't care about any needs you may need, and VERY unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...... literally anywhere else! Going camping would even be a better option!
