I have been getting my nails done for eight years and decided to try a new place. I have never had my nails look like this, I don't know if the person who did my nails was new but if I could I would give this place zero stars.

First and foremost I showed the lady a picture how I wanted my nails to look. She did what she wanted she didn’t cut them short how I wanted nor did the French tip right. Then I had to pay $64 dollars for this mess. She didn’t put any cuticle oil on my nails or anything. This is ridiculous seriously. I would highly recommend you all take your business elsewhere cause this is not the right place at all they need to be shut down or hire new employees.

I asked for an almond shaped black French tip And this is what he gave me. I Usually don’t get my nails done because it’s expensive but I wanted to have a girls day with my mom to feel better about myself and now I feel even worse. The black tips are all sheer and uneven. He only did one coat of the black polish so there are see-through parts.
The set that I had grown out looked better than this.
It also doesn’t help that I felt like I was being talked about the entire time because him and the nail tech sitting next to us, we’re talking back-and-forth, looking at me, looking back at my hands, laughing, and then talking some more.
Moral of the story I’m never going back here

10/24/24 I was a walk in for a gel manicure. The manicure itself started off fine. He was detailed but then filed my nails and left them different lengths. He did not smooth out the file. When I pointed it out, he just nodded. He wouldn’t talk to me. He wouldn’t even look at me. He proceeded with the gel application. It was too thick in the corners & a few other spots. I showed him. He just nodded. He proceeded and then it was done. It looked fine but he didn’t wipe any of the excess polish that got on my fingers but he was quick to wipe his own hands. He got frustrated that my fingers wouldn’t bend but I told him I had severe tendon damage in my hands. He just wagged his finger at me. Fast forward to 11/1/24…the polish is literally PEELING off of my nails. I have a desk job so it’s not as though I’m hard on my hands/nails. I won’t go back. Not worth the time. Not worth the money.

Made an appointment for a client of mine. She arrived at the salon at the scheduled time, with the assigned technician (Mila), for the service booked and the technician informed her upon arrival that she did not have her scheduled at that time (11:15am) and that my client could return at 5pm that day. Another technician (Mimi) provided my client the service. In all aspects of life, most importantly in a service based industry, people may forget what you said, they may forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. This business needs to take this to heart and consider not only a better approach to overall service but service recovery, as well.

Went in for a simple acrylic fill as well as a pedicure, gave a hearty tip even though I noticed before I left there was clear polish all over my actual toes & the color polish was placed uneven as well..
Before I even got over to my pedicure,
I noticed they did not even use the colors I chose, they just completely disregarded how I wanted them.
I could also tell the acrylics were not done well at all, unfortunately they were very sloppily polished and not filled evenly or shaped very full and smooth at all.
The literal day after I noticed it was STILL wet underneath the top layer of polish and squishing around until today when it started chipping / peeling and/or smearing off.
This was 06-18-24, it’s 06-28-24 and it’s been about a week now. There’s almost as much growth as there was when I went in to get them filled on the 18th which is crazy because I had gotten them done with the same exact polish, so well done at a Lush in Beachwood prior to this, so flawlessly in fact that due to medical issues I was able to push back having to go in since 04-24-24.
So for literally 2 almost months before they got painful from being way too overgrown (yet no breakage and not a single chip or damage to the polish)…
I paid more here in Willoughby than I have at any other place so far and I’ve tried from Beachwood to Chardon, I’m thoroughly disappointed.

$58.99 for the worst nails I’ve ever had, $63.99 with tip. It looks like a child practiced on me using a nail kit they bought on Amazon. The acrylic is thick, the nails are all different lengths, and the shape is terrible. I feel like they should have paid me for playing with my nails like this.

This was my worse dip manicure I ever had!
I have been getting dip manicure for 5 years.
The tech was very ruff and sanding into my cuticle without a sorry! My finish project has multiplex color variations because he did not use brush to take off excess powder and used his finger to try to fix uneven material! He used 4 coats and it still has different colors! He blamed it on dip! My advice don’t go there very bad! Still charged me full amount, said to come back again. NO

Horrible experience went to get my nails done very prejudice. They avoid waiting on black people as much as possible. Stating they have appointments coming waiting around for people to come in and they have people waiting already???

You’re not permitted to tip your tech directly. Price went up once I got to the counter. Love the employees the owner is sketchy.

I went into to get a full set of acrylics and left with something that could of been done by a 5 year old my nails look so bad, my cuticles were almost bleeding,the nail tech was talking to a co-worker the entire time,she then rushed through the second half
