DO NOT GO HERE. I stopped in for a pedi. I paid with debit card and tipped in cash. The debit receipt I signed said $69 and change. The transaction to my phone from my bank acct said $80 and change. He said he’s doesn’t know why it’s like that. He knows why. They steal from you. Idk why they gotta steal. I would have been a regular, but not now. ?♀️

Today I had a pedi and manì and se Ted my polish. Pedi was fine. When I was getting my nails polished I told Tammy this is not the same color. She said it's the same number as the polish on my foot. I responded and said my nails are a pink polish ot the orange polish as my toes. Note I get gel on my hands and regular polish on my feet. She got the owner spoke in their navies language and then the owner tells me they don't have a match. So I said if you didn't have a matched polish in a gel they should have told me from the beginning. I told her not to over talk me while I was speaking. I told the owner am not paying for the polish only the manicure. The right thing would have been to offer me to cha ge my colors so both my feet and hands would match. But that's too much like right. I was a regular customer at that, which tells me they truly don't value their customers. I will not be going back to this establishment. So much for QUALITY. Spend your money elsewhere I'd I was you where your value is appreciated!

I have been going to the same
Place for years, a very good friend of mine recommended me trying quality nails out and so i did. I had Annie, to say that she was beyond nice and so great is an understatement. I will definitely be back and Annie will be the one i go to. Everyone here is so friendly and i am so happy with the recommendation, change is good sometimes and i am glad i made the change. Looking forward to

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service at this establishment. Despite multiple visits in an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt, I have consistently encountered issues. During my most recent visit, I received a subpar nail treatment from a technician who lacked both comprehension of my requests and the ability to deliver a satisfactory design. While I understand that not all technicians possess the same expertise level, I expect a certain degree of competence, especially in essential nail treatments. Regrettably, I cannot foresee returning to this establishment in the future. This recurring problem has resulted in my dissatisfaction, making it challenging to justify payment and gratuity.
I will never go back to this place!

This is the only salon I go to for my gel manicure and spa pedicure! I always request Kim! She is the best and now I'm bringing my 9 year old granddaughter for a special day when she visits from out of town. I highly recommend this place!

A regular pedi is 40.00 plus 5% for using a card plus tip. My toenail polish is out of the lines because she put it on heavy without letting the 1st coat dry. After 20 minutes of drying; I left. It has seeped into all of my cuticle beds, no smudges because I didn't use my toes for an hour. She didn't remove the skin on the side either or push back my cuticles. They didn't add any antifungal to the tub, just hot water. Pretty positive I should have done it myself at home. I only gave 3 stars because they were polite and got us right in for service. My friends was nicely done as well.
Cleanliness: Suspect she didn't use sanitized equipment. Nothing added to the water for antifungal.

Cleanliness: Squeaky clean!
Stylist: Kelly is exceptional with the dip powder process. I’ve tried many salons around town where my dips are lifting after a week. With Eric or Kelly at Quality Nails my dip lasts at least a month!
My go to Salon.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now but this is my first time being serviced by Nhi, let me tell you.. shes amazing!! I showed her an inspo picture and she didn’t disappoint! Very fast, detailed, talented, & professional! Even though I had an appt I still waited 30 mins but I was given a discount so all is well :)
I definitely recommend!!

Absolutely thrilled with my nails. Kim paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring they were shaped and colored exactly right. She was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this salon! (Appointment on May 4, 2024).
Requested style: I asked for very short, light pink gel nails.
