I found the car of my dreams online at NeoClassics and reached out for pricing and other details. Dan reached out almost immediately and made the whole process as wrinkle free as possible! I was purchasing from another state and he was so helpful with all the logistics that go with that. From the moment I walked in the door til the time I left (which was quite short) I was waited on in every way possible. Thanks again for the great car I am more than happy with it and if I needed another vehicle I’d definitely be back!

So, this has been a long time coming. Disclosure: I am actually just the cosigner (girlfriend) of the person who owns the car, so here's the PG version. My boyfriend and I went into NEO Classics in March to go look to buy a car. He saw a 2015 Jeep Compass he liked, and we bought it along with the Proguard Warranty (they said they would pretty much fix anything mechanical the sales lady said (I HAVE EVERY TRANSACTION OF ME GOING INTO OR ON THE PHONE WITH THIS PLACE VOICE RECORDED BY THE WAY), and went on our way.2 days later...it starts making some really loud noise, so we end up bringing it back in for them to fix it for 2 weeks. (I understand we buy these cars AS-IS, but you said there was nothing wrong with the car. Like I said, I have voice recorded everything by you guys...) They were very nice to give my boyfriend a rental (but I mean, his car shouldn't be making loud noise just 2 days later (their rentals are death traps as well. They don't look at them before they give them to you, even though they say they are nice cars. The check engine light came on both rental cars my boyfriend received from them and the lady (Lydia) acted as if it was a surprise and asked what it was doing. REMEMBER! I HAVE EVERYTHING VOICE RECORDED!)Two weeks later after my boyfriend having to risk his life in their "rental", he got the Jeep back and we never (at that time got a written statement of part numbers or anything of what was done to it.Not even a week later...the engine goes. We contacted NEO Classics and they offered to buy the vehicle back from us (I just don't think they wanted to deal with it anymore.) My boyfriend had just gotten a new job, and he needed a car. The hours of his job don't work with a bus schedule because he works in a specific trade. They offered to fix the car to "make things right." He took it into them and they had it for 31 DAYS. We were left in the dark of what was going on with the vehicle and where it was getting fixed and what was all being done to it. It was like pulling teeth to get them to tell us where they got a motor from. She kept saying "the car is at a repair shop nearby and we got a motor for it." She was being VERY vague. My boyfriend and I still have all the saved text messages from her. It was very bizarre.31 days later after my boyfriend dealing with another death trap rental, (he told them about that one too and they were shocked about it--wow), being left in the dark of what was all being done to the Jeep, my boyfriend and I were very frustrated. I understand that they were fixing his car for free, BUT YOU STILL LET THE OWNER OF THE CAR KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE AT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! That's just how you do customer service and run a car business. I guess they waited 31 days because it was 1 day after he was able to legally return it. When we went in to pick up the car (again recorded), the owner gave us a typed up invoice of everything they had done on it.--but no part numbers or anything like an invoice usually has. I think they just wiggled things around to say they did stuff to shut us up.Not too long after he got the car back (a few weeks later) everything that they said they repaired, started acting up again. I honestly don't think they did anything to it. He tried taking it to a shop and having ProGuard fix it, but because NEO Classics touched it, they won't pay to fix it. ProGuard said they have to fix it. We have talked to ProGuard now about a dozen times. We have tried calling NEO Classics about this that ProGuard won't fix anything they touched on the car, but they won't return our phone calls. We have tried calling and texting time after time and get nothing. Also, no, I don't have children. I am just warning everyone out there that yes, they do sell death traps. They say they have a mechanic, but obviously not a good one and they obviously do not even check their vehicles before they sell them to people. Please keep your kids in mind and stay away from this place.UPDATE- We will be contactin

If you don't believe what I'm about to tell you check their bbb report It will tell you just how dishonest this company is and how willingly they are to just Tell you what they think you want to hear to make some money...Worst mistake I've made is buying a car from this dealership. they're the most nicest and rudest conniving people you will ever meet They promise you the world and then when you buy your junk car from them that they don't know anything that's wrong with it they throw their hands up in the air and say oh too bad.the car I bought is a lemon everything including the motor has went.they did replace it and supposedly did other work on it but everything they did has gone or is going.as is I understand but the car was In a major accident that was not disclosed or on their version of a Carfax report.I strongly advise not purchasing a vehicle from them and if you do take it to your own mechanic and get your own Carfax report.as much as they are willing to go above and beyond it's not worth it I promise.i am out $8,000 a lot of money and stuck with another junk car The owners act very friendly but believe me it's all a show just to get your money going here is the biggest mistake you could ever make They are a bunch of scam artists and good luck to you if you take this chance after only having the vehicle for 2 months I now have over a $10,000 repair bill and now they realize it it's on them to fix this I got pushed out of the door and the cops threatened on me because being ignored again and went and met him in his office mind you I appoint your messages him saying he will go above and beyond to fix this kept asking me the same question and when I game the answer that he didn't like get extremely rude and push me out the door and said I'm not doing it when he reached out to me to say he will make it right All I wanted was a good car with no problems like I was repeatedly promised but he can't handle it civilly It's a family ran scam so too anyone that has been wronged or any of the people that do follow my reviews we will be hosting a strike out front several times a month because what they're doing is dangerous to families just trying to make it in life harming them and their children by putting them in dangerous vehicles they know nothing about because they're worried about their bottom dollar. Only they could have just did what they said it's such a shame How good trusting hard-working people get taken advantage of

Worked with Lydia and John to purchase a 1992 Mercury Capri XR2. Excellent customer service -- they are both super friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and were just as excited as I am about this car.Thank you to both Lydia and John for being part of this amazing decision. Will send my friends and family to you!

I had a great experience buying a vehicle for Neo. I had been looking for a smaller SUV for a while. The salespeople were nice and my girlfriend and I love the BMW X1 we just purchased. Thank you.
