“Back in early February, I needed something very important done at your location. but the staff appeared to be very unhelpful.
As if someone who didn't come in there with the correct approach to there liking they were not going to provide services for them. You could cut the tension within the store, and it felt like you were in a world of white supremacy. The lady working the area for copies told me she couldn't give me copies from the desk area, she had absolutely no facial expression, totally indifferent, empty spirit, and no empathy for her job, and duties. She began to explain i had to get a card. The steps were little complicated, but doable. I get it, everything is self sufficient today. But I observed a older man that came in that was able to get copies just by requesting them, right at the desk. And this employee made his copies. I thought to myself, what do I got to be a female in here, what do I have to be an old man, or if I'm not who you want me to be, or what you want me to be, I won't get served.?
I spoke to a young lady, who claimed she was a manager but was also very rude, unsure, not helpful, she acted like she was not available to rectify the situation either.
I came into the establishment the other day. And things were little better. She was able to walk me through the steps, but hated doing it. Be friendly, I know there's a lot going on, but I don't work there, they do.”
