“This place is a five-star experience! The employees are incredibly friendly and always make sure to give my dog, Piper, lots of love and treats whenever we visit. They have a wide variety of treats, toys, and accessories, and the self-wash feature is a huge plus. Whenever Piper needs a bath, we stop by this place. The prices are reasonable, and it’s great that it’s locally owned. Highly recommended doing your pet shopping here.”

“Whenever my husband and I go here it is clean and the employees are nice. The groomers are great to talk to that have knowledge about grooming poodles. My spoo likes being able to see the cats that they have up for adoption. He's very cat friendly and misses when we had a kitty friend for him.”

“Best place to buy freshwater and saltwater fish in Lake County. They also have reptile supplies, and second hand tanks. Located inside the Willoughby Target parking lot, across from Famous Footwear, next to the bin store. On the same side of parking lot as Starbucks. Hard to find. Hope that helps. It's on the hill by stop sign, between target and Giant Eagle.”
