Good morning yesterday 11/18/2025 at this Sheetz location I had the worst experience at the cashier counter with an employee name Kylie this worker ideas unnecessarily rude to me at the counter when I asked about pricing for an item. She rolled her eyes and said prices are advertised or go online. I have never had anyone speak to me like this at this location generally everyone is nice. I cancelled my food order and went to the BP next door I won’t be back as long as she works there. Thank you for your time have a blessed day everyone.

The staff is very loud and obnoxious. Saw them throwing food around behind the prep counter too. One guy singing at the top of his lungs. Manager was loving it. None of the customers were. Including me.

Im a manager at a Walmart, so I know the importance of customer service, and how now a days it is difficult to get smiles and good feedback. I went into sheetz today 10/5/25 in willoughby, Ohio. In all the years I've visited any gas station, including sheetz, I have NEVER received such amazing customer service then I did from the time I walked in the door to the moment I was leaving by an employee by the name of Derick. I went to get my daily fix of hot chocolate, bad habit, and he greeted me as soon as he saw me, while filing coffee machine. We each made a little comment on how important coffee is and he proceeded to let me know if I need anything to let him know. I used the self checkout and as soon as I turned around to leave Derick wished me a wonderful day. Now, because of him and his wonderful kindness I believe my day WILL be great. He greeted every customer that walked in while I was there. You have an exceptional employee and he most definitely should be recognized for outstanding job. Thank you Derick for being a positive individual and bringing a smile to my face.

The girl at the front counter is the opposite of every employee I've ever encountered. Mafe me feel like I was at a regular store,when I choose sheetz because of how they treat customers. There wasn't enough creamers for coffee like most sheetz and no sugar free options either,she was unmoved. unapologetic ,very uncaring and matter of fact.like a robot. Not recommended! I ordered breakfast this morning that arrived freezing cold and order was missing items and not prepared how ordered also female worker behind food area was not wearing a hair cover or gloves I dumped the food Do Not order food 🤮🤮🤮

Today I ordered breakfast and the worker handling my food was not wearing gloves and she speaking constantly over open food her name is Kylie. She put gloves on after I mentioned it and she rolled her eyes.

I went inside of the Sheetz at this location and I asked a young lady whom was wearing a name tag Kylie if she had Tylenol for my back pain as I’m 72 years old and she raised her voice for no reason, with an attitude; saying can’t you look I’m busy! This was unprofessional and unnecessary I’m never returning to this location!!

I've gone to many sheetz and get the same French toast sticks and 6 out of 6 times they were burnt and hard every time.

Men's room was absolutely disgusting! Toilet paper all over the floor and feces on the walls and the toilet! Garbage cans were full.Brought to the managers attention and just got looked at. Most likely will not return to this
location.

After work, late night order: chicken bites, blue raspberry, and strawberry cheesecake milkshakes. Decently sized chicken bites with several dipping options. The fresh tasting made-to-order milkshakes paired well for a filling meal. I didn’t have too long of a wait, even though there were only two people working the line after midnight. The staff did a good job considering they were also dealing with the bar rush.

No Sugar free options for coffees no sugar free coffee creamers… its 2025 man, MOST people dont want to drink sugar… every other sheetz in the world has sugarfree creamer options EXCEPT this one..
