Men's room was absolutely disgusting! Toilet paper all over the floor and feces on the walls and the toilet! Garbage cans were full.Brought to the managers attention and just got looked at. Most likely will not return to this
location.

My wife recently visited this location to pickup an online order that I had placed. There was a misunderstanding regarding whether the order had been paid. The manager gave her the order and as she was walking away screamed “Aren’t you going to pay for that?!?!” The whole store went silent and of course she was a bit embarrassed. She was under the impression it has already been taken care of. The cashier even agreed the manager was way out of line and apologized on his behalf. We won’t be visiting this location again. I would expect someone in a managerial position to have better customer service abilities. Completely disappointed in our experience today.

Worst sheetz in the county by far. I've been to this location several times and same issue. No one at the registers. Food comes out cold when its MTO, workers do nothing and joke around when there are dozens waiting. Trash cans are never empty.

They got this one clerk who will literally stare at the screen because of the discount the points system is giving, remove your information, then say the points system isn't working and you can't get the discount. Did nothing but say hi to the guy and I get denied proper service?

Admins can delete this if they wish too. I was at the Sheetz at SOM center and a man was there with his two dogs. He was sleeping in his car and had a chair outside of his car and a dog food bowl/water bowl.
A young worker came out and called the cops on him, instead of speaking to him like human would. Of course he was woken up to multiple cops around his car. He got agitated a bit but then calmed down. Not before they had their hands on their gun when he got out of his car to put his chair away.
Turns out his battery was dead and he was out of gas. He had been on a streak of bad luck and was between jobs. The cops left and went to get jumper cables. When they left we went up to him and talked to him. He did live in the area. We gave him some money for gas. Looked like he had been living out of his car for only a bit.
He was super thankful and gave us a hug. We got to meet his wonderful two dogs Zeus and Petey. Really nice guy on tough times. We left before the cops came back (hopefully) to give him a jumpstart.
I also hope the karen worker never falls on hard times. You didn't even come out and ask him anything. You just saw him and called the cops. I realize it may not be your job to do something about someone in his situation of course. But you at least could have asked him what was going on and seen his battery and was dead and he was out of gas before just calling the cops and escalating things.
He was ALMOST shot when moving his chair because they thought he was going to throw it or something. This is how mistakes are made. I'll be reporting you to Sheetz. To note, it was a younger woman with frosted hair, white, maybe in her 30s, late 20s. Tall.

Silly little girl at the register thought she was going to get me on with cigs. Paid for 6 packs, watched her scan them & put 3 away. She thought I was a dumb white boy in these projects. Girl you dont even know. Had or be had, now I know why I always passed this up.

Either the lottery machine is broken or they're out of water or out of fountain drink flavors or out of certain size cups. Whoever orders needs to order

I've been to many Sheetz locations, but I have never encountered one as consistently filthy as this one. Restrooms are almost never clean. Trash overflowing, countertop soaking wet, soap almost out. Regardless of time of day.
