I went into Shell today to get a pack of smokes, turns out my ID had expired in the last few day and I forgot. Well the "manager" Nick attempted to scan my ID, when it did not work he tossed my ID back on the table at me, turned his back to me and said "can't do it" in an extremely rude manor, without any explanation as to why. Looking at the ID that was just tossed back to me I had realized it expired and understood, he has his rules or what not but the manor of which he handled telling me no was completely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to explain to him he was rude he got argumentative and was extremely reluctant to give me his name, as I told him I would be reaching out to corporate over how the situation was handled. I found out this is a privately owner establishment so I am leaving this review for the owners. As someone who works in customer service and has all their life, having someone that speaks/treats a customer like that is hurting your business. This happened on 7/1/24 around 3:20pm. He could of simply stated, mam your ID is not scanning for whatever reason so unfortunately I am not able to complete this transaction and we wouldn't be here. I was shocked to hear he was a manager when I asked to speak with a manager.. he needs some more training on customer service which is the baseline of his job as a sales associate. If all their workers are this miserable I would steer clear of this place, and with a manager like that I am sure they are.

My husband and I been going to this gas station for years to get coffee this particular day the too employees working didn't feel like making coffee and told my husband the customer that he had to wait and be patient and the sad part is that one of the employees was the manager. Wonder would he like to wait and be patient on his pay check. We decided to stop spending our money at this location.

Trying to get ahold of someone at the store regarding my visit yesterday as I used a debit card to purchase gas and am not able to get ahold of anyone regarding the whole amount I paid for was not pumped so I’m trying to find out if it would be put back on my card like the cashier said it would I’m from out of town and this store is 5 hours away can someone please provide details about a refund of what gas I paid for that did not pump

The rebuild is wonderful! Always well stocked, their coffee bar is excellent and fresh donuts + service with a smile at all times. A great grab and go place before work

Lady on third shift with blonde hair decided to put a note up on the door saying “be back in 15 min” meanwhile she is waltzing through the store for over 15 minutes. Saw us waiting outside and continued to sit on her phone or whatever she was doing and took her time to grab a drink or whatever she felt necessary. Maybe her Boss should know about this? Very unprofessional. Have always had a great experience at this shell and I’ve been horribly disappointed.

worst station I've ever been to they don't answer the phone because they are too busy on there personal phone which I've seen personally and a brand new store and the cooler has been at 60 degrees for weeks I do not recommend I'll drive 2 miles out of my way before I go there again
