Trying to get ahold of someone at the store regarding my visit yesterday as I used a debit card to purchase gas and am not able to get ahold of anyone regarding the whole amount I paid for was not pumped so I’m trying to find out if it would be put back on my card like the cashier said it would I’m from out of town and this store is 5 hours away can someone please provide details about a refund of what gas I paid for that did not pump

The rebuild is wonderful! Always well stocked, their coffee bar is excellent and fresh donuts + service with a smile at all times. A great grab and go place before work

Lady on third shift with blonde hair decided to put a note up on the door saying “be back in 15 min” meanwhile she is waltzing through the store for over 15 minutes. Saw us waiting outside and continued to sit on her phone or whatever she was doing and took her time to grab a drink or whatever she felt necessary. Maybe her Boss should know about this? Very unprofessional. Have always had a great experience at this shell and I’ve been horribly disappointed.

4:45 on a Thursday, walk in and a group of employees (?) tell me the place is closed. Good thing there is a Marathon and BP down the road!

worst station I've ever been to they don't answer the phone because they are too busy on there personal phone which I've seen personally and a brand new store and the cooler has been at 60 degrees for weeks I do not recommend I'll drive 2 miles out of my way before I go there again

Lady on third shift is extremely rude with a distasteful attitude towards her customers. Im a daily shopper and have never been treated with such poor customer service. Extremely disappointed in the services I have been receiving from this lady lately. She has been rude to me and others I know on multiple occasions.

Was in gas station today and sadly to say I experience something that I hadn't experience ever in my 60 years of life. I am a person of color. I purchased a lemonade and was planning on playing the lottery. The young lady at the register was training another young lady on the register. I waited patiently in line for my opportunity to be serve behind several customer. When it was my turn at the register I requested a three digit number and a play back of a few tickets that only required a scan not a manual key in. At that time the young lady training the other young lady scanned the tickets but informed me that she could not/would not do my three digit ticket because the line was to long and she was training a new employee. Mind you this is 3:00 PM and the line may have looked a little longer than normal due to virus spacing guidelines. She stated that if I wanted to I could get in line behind all the other people which of all were of non color and then I would be allowed to purchase my three digit tickets. Again I was only requesting a three digit number and only wanted to wager a small amount. Now I had stood in line for at least 4 to 5 minutes for service. WHY should I have to wait again, I proceed to go to the back of the bus, oops line to be serviced again. In hind sight I could of or should of voided my lemonade and the other scan ticket purchases. But me having background in social behaviorI was curious as to how long it would have taken to play the three digit ticket initially. So I got back in line and waited again. Upon reaching the counter again Imade the same three digit request. The entire purchase took less than 90 seconds. Upon leaving I left wondering what made my purchases and time less valuable than the other patrons. I'm not saying this was done intentionally but the feeling from this encounter left me feeling not so well. Employees especially those training others need to be aware how their actions can be perceive. Needless to say I will never return to that Shell again. As a consumer I realize the power in my money and where I spend it!

I'm a local and I go daily! Need the right staff in there! The manager doesn't know her clientele and is not nice!!!! The old crew is awesome!!!
