After shopping at 4 different furniture stores, I just bought a couch and chair at an amazing price with free delivery, even splitting the delivery between two homes! Sheraton Furniture in Willoughby was wonderful to work with from start to finish! Everything was perfect. The sales people were extremely patient, kind, and helpful (not pushy in the least bit!). The communication was superb! The delivery was timely and perfect with friendly and respectful delivery men. I couldn't ask for anything more. Sheraton will definitely be my first stop (and possibly only stop!) the next time I need anything. I highly recommend this great team!

If you are looking for some assistance in purchasing furniture I would highly recommend using Wayne from Sheraton! He was great to work with and super helpful. He was there to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process.

After sitting on an uncomfortable sofa for years, my wife and I decided to buy a new one. We both don’t like shopping for anything, let alone furniture. We went to a couple of places with their pushy clipboard-in-hand sales people and their cookie cutter stock furniture. We finally went to Sheraton Furniture and was instantly amazed. Wayne came up, welcomed us, introduced himself, and actually left us alone to look around instead of following. After we selected a couple of choices he was right there to answer any questions and make suggestions. We left after making a purchase of a sofa to our complete satisfaction. What also lent to a feeling of a great purchase was that not only the vastness of selections but the ability to customize that selection to fit your needs and tastes. A wonderful place to shop for furniture.

Darrin was amazing,friendly and sells amazing products. This place has floors stacked ontop of floors. From the outside I never knew how big this store was. Will be back after purchasing a very comfy recliner.A1 place right here for your furniture needs
