The employee,Whom ever the funny guy was who pranked me( I hope u don't get in trouble) actually saved a lot of craziness from spiraling out in my head from a prior event that day. Ptsd. He played a very friendly prank and took my mind off of it, he saw me coming from a mile away probably. This needs to happen more often. Not pranks but light heartedness. Give him a raise.

The dude behind the counter was complaining about how people are in a rush to the other cashier, he couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me let alone great me. Maybe he isn't suited for this job the store was a mess. I know it's hard to find people but maybe you should have skipped on him.

This is by far the worst speedway I have ever been too. It is constantly dirty inside and out. The pumps are always broken. The parking lot is a mess.The bathrooms smell like pee . I would be embarrassed if this was my store.

I work an overnight shift driving and I stop at the Speedway on Mentor Ave & Kirkland Rd. *EVERY* night I go in, the cashier is *always* cleaning their food & drink machines. He's really a hard, diligent worker. Because of his thoroughness, I have no problem with their rolling grill 'dogs or drink machines.

Fleet card would not work at multiple pumps. (Tried 3) normally works. Ended up having to go to a different station. Guess this is no longer a station I will use.

It was clean and very well stocked and a very talkative, friendly cashier. This particular Speedway, as of 2/20/23, has a few broken/empty soft drink dispensers and an incredibly watered down wild cherry Pepsi with little to no Pepsi syrup in it. The area where they usually have Speedy Café donuts was empty, no signage or donuts and blocked off with a rack with winter gear. This store needs to improve their soft drink fountain and bring back the donuts.

Like every other speedway, it needs to be torn down and remodeled. Stained, broken concrete, weedy, garbage filled landscaping and an exterior that screams 1995. Never any paper towels or washer fluid and it's always 50 50 if the receipt prints.

They never have any paper towels by the window washing stations. That's the one on lakeshore bvd. and 306 in Mentor and the one in Willoughby on Mentor ave. Other then that I have no problem with Speedway.
